[B[/B]It is important to remember that Jesus is the Lord or Head of the Church and did many works for the Churlch and healed people. Only Jesus can do what he did. He is so humble and meek.

Jesus said "If you really know me, you will know my Father as well. From now on, you do know him and have seen him...Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’? Don’t you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you I do not speak on my own authority. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.1" (John 14, v.7, 9-10)

But although He was God, he also washed the feet his disciples. "When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. 'Do you understand what I have done for you?' he asked them. 'You call me ‘Teacher’ and ‘Lord,’ and rightly so, for that is what I am. Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. Very truly I tell you, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.'" (John 13:12-17)

What a marvelous example of the mind and heart of God! While He is all powerful, He is also gentle and compassionate. jonathonbchristian, you hit the nail right on the head.
