All glory to the Lord Jesus Christ, who gives to those who seek, and blesses the pure in heart with an abundance of grace. Who died for our sins, and rose to justify us. To him belongs all the Glory Power and Praise!

I want to tell you how to hear the voice of the Lord. I am not afraid to speak on this.

There are things that prevent a person from hearing the voice of the Lord, and Jesus Christ tells about these things. And many of them are hidden in parables, but I don't wish to give you parables, I want to speak plainly with you, and I hope, even now, you can hear his voice to discern the Truth.

One main thing that prevents a person from hearing the voice of the Lord is pride!! I think this might be one of the greatest things.

And so, the opposite of this would be humility. So, in order to hear the voice of the Lord you have to first abase yourself. This is what I mean when I say, you have to become dumb, so that perhaps you might learn something worth learning.

If you don't do this, you will NEVER hear the voice of the Lord. You will only be able to hear your own voice, or the voice of another person, maybe the voice of a pastor even, but you will not hear the voice of the Lord without humility.

So, after you are in the place of humility, then you are ready to hear the voice of the Lord. So now, when he speaks, you don't reply, you want to hear what he says, and see if it is true or not. You don't humble yourself only in front of God, but you humble yourself with EVERYONE! BECAUSE THE LORD CAN EVEN SPEAK THROUGH SINNERS!!!!!

Honestly, humility is the main thing to hearing the voice of the Lord. I hardly know what else. OH!!

Another thing is Sin. Once your heart is humble you will most certainly hear the voice of the Lord. But if you hear his voice and do not obey his voice, then you will be cut off from hearing him. He will not speak to you any more. And this is sin, that if you have heard what is right to do, and you don't do it, then you are held accountable.

So, this is how there are so many false doctrines and religions spreading. Because people who might have heard his voice, or were too proud to hear in the first place, went off on their own missions to establish their own voice. So, they disregard the Lord and promote a false love, and a false gospel, and false peace. And the end of these people is hell. Truly. If they do not soften their hearts and stop provoking the Lord he will surely cut them off.

Moses was the most humble man in his day. And the Lord spoke to him in volumes. But the people of Israel, rebellious and stiff-necked people, who desired to hear his voice, when he spoke they fell to the ground and said, OH!! HIS VOICE IS TOO MUCH!! LET GOD SPEAK TO YOU AND YOU SPEAK TO US!! Ha!! They wanted signs did they not? Anyhow this is why the Lord had to send prophets, or even why he had to establish kings, because the people would not hear his voice, neither would they serve under his leadership. So he set up people after his own heart to guide the people, who should be able to hear him, but will not because it is too much for them.

So, I want to leave this parable:

3 And he spake many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow;
4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up:
5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth:
6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away.
7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them:
8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.
9 Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Matthew 13

Do you understand this? Respond. DON'T RESPOND IF YOU ONLY KNOW WHAT IT MEANS BECAUSE YOU READ THE EXPLANATION!! Only if you have never read the explanation. May Jesus bless you.

Amen, humility is the way not just to hear God, but to get to know Him.
It is the greatest love, delight, chastisement, care, comfort, power, rightousness,gift and expeariance of God Our Fathers humor, for one cannot imagine the infinit love that will be revieled, when we learn His ways, and His presance in knowing Him!
He brings us to Him, humility may bring one low, but God lifts all up with His Loving presance!
pride is but a ragged coat that weighs one down and cover ones heart and ears.

God bless.

it means that God give seeds of grace and salvation to every soul but not all souls are ready to receive it. The seed is the Gospel of Christ: how he died for our sins on the cross and has rose again and is now in Heaven. The seed offers salvation and freedom from sin for those who allow it to take root and grow. However the plant can die through theft by Satan, no roots in self or growth through lack of study of God's purpose and striving to be more perfect as God is perfect, or allowing worries and cares of the world to be more important than seeking after GOD and His Kingdom. If you aren't willing to sacrifice all and follow Jesus and His commandments then you can not be a disciple of Christ. what is the difference between a disciple and a believer of Christ? Even the demons acknowledge Jesus as the Son of God....IF your righteousness does not exceed those of sinners and you love only those who love you, what does Jesus say of that?

Luke 4:41
And demons also came out of many, crying out and saying, “You are the Christ, the Son of God!” And He, rebuking them, did not allow them to speak, for they knew that He was the Christ.

Many think they are saved and safe from Hellfire and are not. If you live in sin then you are a slave to sin, repent and ask God to save you and He will. If you follow after the world then remember God has warned you:

James 4:4
Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

A lot of christians are HIPPOCRITES when it coms to humility. They speak highly of it, but when it comes time for them to show it they unleash their anger, judgement and plot their revenge.

But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
If someone strikes you on one cheek, turn to him the other also.
If someone takes your cloak, do not stop him from taking your tunic.
Give to everyone who asks you, and if anyone takes what belongs to you, do not demand it back.
Luke 6:27-30

its true but some people take advantage of others by using those verses and telling people to submit to them because that is the Christian thing to do. those verses are for mature Christians.

Children still should be protected and if someone strikes them they should forgive the person and pray for them but still should tell an adult and the other person should be dealt with. God is a God of mercy but also of JUSTICE. The sheep should be protected from the wolves. It is not pride to do the JOB God assigns you to do and speak out against injustice.

You do not have pride in yourself or justify yourself, you allow GOD to do it for you.

God knows people's hearts and words just express what are in our hearts and thoughts but they are just symbols not perfect pictures..

Psalm 101:4-6 (New King James Version)

4 A perverse heart shall depart from me;
I will not know wickedness.

5 Whoever secretly slanders his neighbor,
Him I will destroy;
The one who has a haughty look and a proud heart,
Him I will not endure.

6 My eyes shall be on the faithful of the land,
That they may dwell with me;
He who walks in a perfect way,
He shall serve me.

I believe that God's laws are meant to be applied generally in life. In other words, if its obvious that someone is just trying to use these scriptures to blackmail you into doing something, then you have every right to ignore that person and God won't hold that against you.
