GOD DIDN'T MAKE US TO BE FOOT STOOLS OR DOOR MATS, WE ARE TO BE WISE AND ALSO GENTLE. WITH HIM HAVING SOME SORT OF MILITARY LIFE HE SHOULD ALREADY BE SELF SUFICIANT. MAYBE HE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO A MORE PERMANENT PART OF THE MILITARY, HE WOULD'NT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT RENT OR ANYTHING AND IT WILL GIVE YOU PEACE. I SAY SHAME ON YOUR MOM, YOU DIDN'T GIVE BIRTH TO HIM AND MOTHERHOOD NEVER STOPS. I ALSO SAY SHAME ON THE MILITARY FOR NOT TEACHING HIM BETTER. DON'T GET ME WRONG IM NOT BASHING THE MILITARY, IM A MILITARY BRAT MYSELF. MEN DON'T USUALLY COME OUT BEING UNPRODUCTIVE. TELL HIM TO PULL HIS PANTS UP AND BEHAVE. KEEP A JOB OR GET HIM IN A HOMELESS SHELTER SO HE CAN GET ON HIS OWN. YOUR NOT GIVING UP YOUR GIVING HIM A HAND UP. AND YES SOMETIMES WE HAVE TO HIT BOTTOM BEFORE WE CAN STAND UP TO GET OUT. PEACE BE WITH YOU.

I dont say shame on your mom. I think your mom probably wants whats best for her children and knows that you have to let em go so they can learn to do it on their own. In my opinion, It is just BAD parenting to allow your children to not have a life by coddling them on your couch, allowing them to live off of you when they are in the prime of their lives and should be establishing their own footprint in this world. (unless of course they are getting their schooling or suffer from mental disabilities. You cant leave a footprint if your feet are firmly planted on moms (or sisters) coffee table. I may however change my opinion in this regard when it comes time for me to give my beautiful boys the boot... perhaps i'll let em hang on the couch instead & play nintendo or x box or whatever thats called.

It's just sad whats happening to you. It's just time to grow up for your brother. He needs to get in school. Look into job core. He can live there and go to school at the same time. If you want to help your brother you have to make him grow up. Think of it as you are saving his life. Tell him to get his act together. If he doesn't you as the one trying to save his life have to tell him to get out. As long as you let him use you why should he do for himself. Sometimes you have to be hard to open someones eyes. He's not caring about you and he's wrong. Time to grow up brother. Do the best thing in the world for him and make him get out. God bless you both

My husband and I are renting 3 rooms from our landlord, she is out of town working. she has 2 daughter's and they are doing things they are'nt suppose to be doing, like have guys stay the night, parties, thats all I dont even know if I should have said. But anyways We dont know what to do?? If we say something to our landlord they will either get us kicked out of here or kick us out of here, my husband and I were homless for about 1 1/2 yrs. We dont want that, he's working I dont want him to lose his job. so if anyone has some advice for me I would appreciate it. you can email me or I will look on here tomorrow and see what's posted.
Thanks if anyone can help me........... God Bless you all.......

It's true, most people cannot take constructive critisism, so maybe this just didn't start(those kind of things they do when she is away). I would say pray about it and see what the spirit of God tells you to so about it.I wouldn't like to see you lose your place to stay and it is my hope that if you both continue to seek the Lord he will provide THE PLACE you will be able to call HOME. Usually if someone wants to know something they will ask, I would just say PRAY and see what GOD says to your spirit about it.

Unless the landlord gave you the responsibility to watch them, or if the landlord asked you of what has transpired since she was gone, I would not say anything. You do not know if the landlord doesn't care about the things you are concerned about. Plus, you may come off like someone telling her she is not raising her daughters properly.

How old are her daughters? if they are adults then really they have the free will to do as they choose. If they arent then I would approach the mom and say, you know I just thought i should let you know that the girls are having overnight visitors and doing a bit of partying when you are gone. I just thought that you'd like to know. If she asks for specifics or says what do you mean say I was just concerned about them and maybe you should talk to them. If she's the type of mother who allows this behaviour when she's home, i would bother saying a word and i'd start looking for another room to rent. I'm thinking if they are underage, the mom feels better about leaving them because you are there and could perhaps protect them... correct me if i'm wrong. Good luck with this. Dont let fear guide you, let the Lord guide you... satan would love it if these girls continued on the path to destruction... believe me. I want you to tell those girls how beautiful they are and they are a precious gift to be given to someone who is worthy and you are praying for them to find someone who is worthy. a good time to talk about this is in the morning after they've been used and discarded. Show them the love of Jesus, be a beacon of light in their dark world... let them see what you have with the lord and want that deep down (even though you may not see the fruit of this, your life in Christ will impact them) God Bless you.
