Children are NOT Pets

When we become parents, we need to BE parents, responsible parents. Children are not pets we can push aside to be raised by our school systems, television, the Internet, video games, daycare operators, etc. They are not tools to be used by one parent against another. They are not inconveniences keeping us from what "we deserve". They are not little people who need to fit into adult molds and schedules. They are children. They are precious. They are gifts from God. And we are accountable to God for how we treat them and what we teach them....and what we don't.

Pray for our children.

I've ALWAYS been an advocate of good parenting/protecting children and started doing something about it many years ago by becoming a cop active in this particular area, teaching Sunday School and raising a godly man of 19. What are you doing about it?
