Many people have different views on this topic, christ..mas or Xmas, some people think that by saying xmas it is bad..because you are taking out Christ in christmas...i personally think we all should say happy christmas but i dont mind people writing happy xmas on a card..i just think its a shortened form

What are your views people? :D

X = Christ in Greek. So you aren't 'taking the Christ out of Christmas', you're just using the Greek form of Christ.

I personally like "Christmas." I don't mind what other people use, because everyone has their own preference. I don't get offended easily, as I think people shouldn't anyways. But for my own personal use, Christmas is what I'll always use.

Hmm...I love Christmas personally, so I like to refer to it as "Christmas" all the time, but at the same time I don't take issue with people calling it "xmas",good question though :)

Sometimes I think people are either too busy and in a hurry to write out Christmas or too lazy. It all fits in I think more now with the Internet and the LOL, BRB, TTYL and all that.

OH, and here's another thought. A lot of people insist that you use Happy Holidays instead of Merry Christmas, to get around the religious aspects. But if you take a really close look at the word Holiday, you might just see the word, Holy.

If Christ is to be a Stone of stumbling and a Rock of offense (and He is), so be it.
Nevertheless, naturally I would not wish a Jewish friend Happy Christmas...;)
