Does anyone know what the cc site is raising money for? I see there donation link up but it doesnt say for what?

It's used to keep the Cc web sight going. Server fees, pay etc.

It helps to pay, as Fenner said, to keep the site running, server fee's, also pays the site owner, and helps cover the cost of improvements on the site. This site is fully funded by donations and is ad free. I believe there is one or two Admins who get paid as well.
