I have simple questions to ask those who are married:

How did you two meet and end up getting married?
How are things with you two to this day?
Details.

Hi Jenny :)
We met at school during our sophomore year of highschool.
We still talk occasionally, as its awkward to talk to another mans wife. (that man being my ex best friend)

I met my hubby at age 16 in a young adults group. We were good friends for 5yrs when we saw that we were more than friends.
We were married within the year. We both wanted to go through life together. We have 5 adult children and have been married for 28 yrs. We love each other every day, and are still best friends. Marriage, like your walk with Jesus requires faith, commitment, belief in each other even when things are not going well. The love that is always forgiving, and giving. But if you keep the faith, hope and love, the rewards are endless and infinite.
God bless, pickles

My wife and I met at college and became casual friends. We never dated. I was praying and asked God who I should marry. I heard the name of my, then future, wife audibly (the only time I have had an experience of actually hearing an audible voice like that) I did not act on the "sign" for a few months until my wife anounced she was preparing to go on a missions trip. Five months after asking her to marry me we were married in her home town. Now five kids, three states and three countries later we are still married. We love each other but it is the hardest thing I have done. We are coming up on 16 years.

Good story Pickles.
