I watched it and thought it was a great depiction of the New Testament! I cried on certain parts, and after watching it, now I am more aware of the struggles Jesus truly faced. Wow, it was a great film and interpretation of Christ.

I won't watch it because I have seen about 6 versions of it. But I am glad you saw it and learned from it and hopefully many of the younger generation will watch it also, and openly accept Jesus Christ as Savior and become saved through the cross..

I haven't seen it, I went to the opening for Noah! BIG mistake! There was so much unbiblical stuff, plus outright conjecture and wild fantasy. I did learn one thing that I got mixed up somewhere in Sunday School, Christian movies or books, but no spoiler from me, here!

I did not like the Bible series from the few episodes I saw. It didn't follow the Book closely enough. I will read a few more reviews, and see if I will go.

I am glad you have enjoyed it, and I do pray that people will hear the gospel and believe if they go!

Amen!

Bummer about Noah. I have not seen it but read it was going to be like that. Why does Hollywood feel like they have to add unbiblical things in a film.

As for the Son of God, I have not seen yet. I MUST SEEE NOOWW! :D

... I went to the opening for Noah!...
Not released here in the UK yet, I'll certainly go along to see it, but not for any spiritual encouragment just for a bit of entertainment as I do like Russell Crowe...

Anything made in/by Hollywood is pure fiction...usually!

Why were so many people expecting Noah to be biblically accurate? It's from a director known for off-the-wall, but fantastic films like Requiem for a Dream, The Fountain, and Black Swan. Not to mention nothing in the trailers ever hinted at any biblical authenticity.

I was going to go see it, and I naturally expected it to contain lots of errors. (Honestly, which Bible movie doesn't? One Night with the King was riddled with them) But one of the reviews I heard was about Noah proposing a murder-suicide pact. That's where they lost me.
