How can so many Christian parents and young teenagers, think that it is ok for these teens to go to night clubs.
have they not seen the effects of this sort or debauched lifestyle on the young people of today. Night clubs are about sexualisation, sensualist ion, pounding music, alcohol fuelled debauchery.
i have worked with an organisation which provides care for those "getting out" of the clubs and let me tell you that the state of many of those teenagers is distressing. As the parent of 2 christian kids now in their early 20's who pleaded with me to let them go "clubbing", I know the pressures that christian parents find themselves under but I plead with you if you find yourself in this situation, please please persevere and talk to them about the alternatives. This is not a place for Christians to be at any age but especially not at an impressionable late teenage. Satan and his demons roam the places looking for young believers to devour.

A lot of parents are too busy trying to be their kid's friend and don't get around to actually parenting them by setting rules and boundaries. Sadly even many Christian parents are guilty of this. When I was growing up I can't imagine what my mom would have said if I had told her that I wanted to go to a nightclub lol.

To be fair i wnet 'clubbing' most weekends from 18-28 and yet nothing bad ever came of it. maybe i was just raised right. But having a fun time can be doone without getting overtly sexual.

I went to a few nightclubs in my early 20s during my time at TAFE. I didn't like them one bit. Too loud, so you couldn't talk to anyone, too many drunk people, too many idiots. Also, there was some pretty sexual behaviour going on at times. Yeah, not my scene. I drink in moderation, but I didn't so much as order a coke. What a waste.

I was the musician in bars and clubs in my 20's. It is NOT a good lifestyle. I am sure there are some people who just come for fun, but for many, it is the only hope they have. The only good I ever did was not knowing what the words to "Amazing Grace" meant and singing them and seeing people leave the bars in tears.

Teens need to understand they are playing with fire. Why are they not in youth group? I do agree that parents of children who are not legal age should stop their children from going to clubs. But if they are legal age, do they have the right to stop them? And what happened to training them up in the way they should go?

Lots of issues here. I wish all bars would close myself. But that won't happen till Jesus returns.

I'm confused. Are teens allowed in nightclubs in the US? Sounds counter-productive and illegal to me.

they have clubs for teens under 18. Clubs for 18 and up(college night). And clubs for 21 and up.
