If the panic attack was Holy Spirit conviction I too would be worried. The only thing you can do is go to the Lord. Tell Him what you want to tell everybody here. Tell Him you have doubts. Tell Him you need forgiveness for your sins and that you want assurance from Him. Pray and study Gods word. Above all be honest with the Lord about your feelings. He is the only One to help you.

Thank you.I honestly don't think I'm unsaved because I have believed in Jesus Christ my whole life, and never doubted my relationship with Him until that night.

Read His Word-the Bible. Re-read John 3:16 on. Read Romans all of it! Read IS. 53-all. Grace is a gift, as is forgiveness, eternal life. Have you asked the LORD to save you? Do you see a need to be saved? Are you a sinner? Do you want a relationship, a real relationship with the ONE who made you? with Jesus Christ, with the Heavenly Father? Doubts come and can last a very long time to the true believer. In this you are not alone. Hold fast to what you know and believe. Pray-lots. This maybe a testing time of your faith-as to how much you really believe, in spite of feelings and ideas that come your way that seem to oppose what the word of God says. *****Also....NO ONE is a believer-born again their whole life: you maybe have always believed in God-that there IS a God--but that does NOT make you "born again." At sometime there Must be a time of asking the LORD to forgive you-of your sins as a sinner, of asking Him to save you from the just penalty of an eternal death and separation from God due to you being a sinner, of recognizing that Jesus paid the penalty IN FULL as He hung and died on the cross- that He suffered and bore the penalty that we deserved. When the people asked Jesus what "work," they needed to do to enter the kingdom of God, His answer was; "believe on the son of man-God-believe that I am who I say I am and that I am the resurrection and the Life and no man comes to God except thru Me.( paraphrased.) Jesus' last words were-- "IT IS FINISHED!" He completed all that was necessary for a way to be made for man to be able to have a relationship and life with a Holy God restored! For us to be forgiven and granted also eternal life. Only through the blood of Jesus... Jael

I meant that I have believed in Jesus for as long as I remember.I grew up in a Christian family and I know that I have once asked Jesus into my heart but I'm not sure if I understood what that meant at the time.I believe in Jesus, the Son of God,in what He has done and that I did not deserve His grace.I understand Hell is where I belong and that my sin separates me from God.Im scared and confused because everyone tells me all this work I have to do and I'm scared if I haven't done it like confess my sins and repent and confess Jesus as Lord. Its very overwhelming and I don't know what to do but I'm scared terrified even,at my panic attack coming to life and not going to Heaven.

You cannot lose your salvation, despite what some people keep trying to teach in the BDF.

So if you are sure you are saved, then you are not going to hell. Your second post really says to me that you believe Jesus is the Son of God and your Saviour. But are you following him with your heart, soul, mind and strength?

I pray that this whole scary experience will draw you closer to God, not away from him. Take up your Bible, and read the New Testament. Read the Psalms and then the Old Testament. You will find that God will never leave you or forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5) And do pray and talk to God.

Praying for you to get over this panic attack, and to know that God loves you and forgives you of all your sin.

It is not uncommon for folks who were saved as young children to have a point at which they doubt their conversion. God understands that and if you pray and tell Him exactly what you are experiencing He can and will provide you the assurance and comfort you seek. I have heard the same thing from several people about there being a point at which they needed to confirm what they had received as a child. Often this occurs with teenagers and at camp or other youth activities.

Rejoice and give God thanks for dealing with you in this matter. He has great things ahead for you. Give your to Him for whatever service He has for you.

Nothing in heaven or earth can pluck you from His hand. He will never cast you out.

You realize you don't deserve His grace and have cried out to Him for salvation. Good
The thing I see is that you are listening to many different views but you yourself are not grounded in His promises towards you concerning your security/asurance in Christ, as a consequence you are getting storm tossed to and fro all over the place.

Find Scripture assuring you of your sonship/daughtership in Christ and hold on to them through the arrows of the enemy. Here are a couple for starters.

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth him that sent me, hath eternal life, and cometh not into judgment, but hath passed out of death into life.
(Joh 5:24)

For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, shall we be saved by his life;
(Rom 5:10)

The original words used in the bible that have been translated as hell are (old testament) Sheol which means grave. (New testament) Hades which means basically the same thing as Sheol and can also be translated as hidden place. And there's Tartarus which is mentioned once in 2 Peter 2:4 and is described as a dark gloomy place where angels that have sinned are held until judgement. And there's Gehenna (also known as the Valley of Hinnom) which is an actual place you can still visit today. Jesus used the word Gehenna because the Jews knew exactly what He was talking about and it held a significantly bad place in their history. I suggest looking this stuff up for yourself.

So with that, you could say we're all going to hell (sheol/hades). :)

I have gone through doubt recently myself. What helps me is to remember Isaiah 41:10 Fear not for I am with thee, be not dismayed for I am thy God; I will strengthen thee; yea I will help the; yes I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. It comes down to having faith in the Lord but also trust. You have to trust Him the way a small child trusts his parents. If you saw this it was for your benefit, ask God to reveal its meaning to you and trust in Him

I think it could possibly be Satan trying to discourage you and create doubt. Don't let him do this to you, and instead,Go right straight to God. He will give you the peace you are seeking and will comfort your spirit. God bless
