After separation with an abusive cheating spouse, what happens to the kids provision of the basics? We use to share expenses but now he uses denying to cater as a tool to get back to me. Its depressing me more. How do I fill the gaps physically?

If he has cheated on you, that is the ONLY exception God allows for divorce. So file divorce papers, ask for full custody of the kids, and ask to be awarded monthly child support from him. If he does not pay up every month, he will go to jail. He really does not have a choice here--YOU do!! :)

thanks blue_ladybug, its what I intend but a lot is at stake... my country legal system for divorce is not as easy ... its a very complicated emotional process that need strength both physical n emotional not forgeting financially. Am praying for the strength.... women r not favoured by the community n the systems. Its a woman fault that the man cheats n its her fault she is divorced. I am out here to fight for my rights and get encouraged by others as well as hear if how others handle their cases and situation.

I was raised by a mom and my dad didn't pay child support either. But my mom gave me a continual faith that the Lord would provide what we need and to always look to him. We didn't have a lot of extras, but my basic needs were always met, and the lesson in trusting the Lord was worth far more than any $$ support we would have gotten. My mom never fought for her rights, just kept her eyes on the faithfulness of the Lord. For that I am grateful to her. I passed this lesson on to my kids who in turn have thanked me that the thing they value most that I gave them was to always keep their eyes on the Lord and His care for those who belong to Him.

Looking back....some of my favorite times with my children were when we were struggling.....hard times
brought us closer...our children are very helpful.......I would call my girls while I was at work....I had no money
and knew we had nothing for dinner....to my surprise when I got home from work they had found boxes and canned
things from the cabinet and made dinner for us.....I cried through the whole meal.....knowing my girls had my back....
And this is just one of they many ways my children had my back.....it made them strong and creative woman....
loving and caring.....even at some point they became my mother....making sure I ate...wore my seat belt...
together we learned to budget our money...these girls even donated birthday card money to the house hold
expenses.....so you see struggle makes us stronger and wiser...it humbles us to God...we learn better how
to lean on Him....how to trust Him....it builds faith.....day by day....thats all you have to do..

What´s the physical gap you want filled?

No room to post on your blogs (it´s ok! I don´r even use PMs) but, that trick he uses serves for nothing, just to leave you with the load of your childs.

Sadly, I have seen cheaters both sexes.

I think a simple dog will be aware of his not loved when somebody mistreats him or cheats on... If God allows a person to cheat on, surely won´t prohibit that abuse and future divorce: No one loves emotional or physical pain!
