I love to praise the Lord as we all do who are God's children one way or another. It's good for all who He wants to be famous to be famous and be all He wants. To aspire to be an idol however or have any is not loving God, in my opinion. This is because He let us know in the 10 commandments it is not what He likes. Who do we love more, the music, the fame or God?
Gotta keep it all in good order. God always #1 exalted to the highest place in our hearts and minds and lives always.

We remember the first two, but not the last one, when overcoming the accuser.

The blood of the lamb, the word of our testimony and loving not our own life unto death.
We pick up our cross, and we deny ourselves. Fame is all about you, it's about your glory. Being a god unto yourself.

I'm in a band, and I know that if I ever got famous by any freak accident I would exist to manifest Him and His glory, not my own.
