(No, this is not the great song by Eddie James.)
There is this gorgeous song by Dan R. Edwards, "You Are Worthy" -- the name of which may belong to 100 other songs. But this tune is sublime; great praise to our Lord. I have been unable to find much of the lyrics (only a short part), and I have been unable to find the song performed in English on the internet; there is only a small sample which I have found of it, but a beautiful sample. I will post the Portuguese performance below:

I think it is performed in Chinese translation of YouTube. And there are 2 or 3 performances translated into Portuguese -- 2 distinct translations, I think. The Portuguese is so similar to Spanish that I have taken the liberty of rendering it myself in Spanish, though I don't know where there is a Spanish performance of this either. One could search for the title "Tú Eres Digno," or "Eres Digno."

Below I post 3 sets of lyrics:
1) The short clip in English,
2) The Spanish (my version),
3) The Portuguese version which I copied off of YouTube where the words were projected on a screen.

You are worthy, Worthy to be praised,
Worthy of devotion, And the songs our voices raise.
You are worthy now and evermore
You are worthy, You're worthy to be praised.

You are worthy [etc. that is all the words I could find.]

O Gran Dios, Papa Eterno, Mi salvador y rey,
De corazón, y bien unidos, te adoramos.
Damos a ti alto loor; Te exaltamos, Gran Señor;

Tú eres digno, digno de loor;
Nuestro adoración, Sí alzamos en canción.
Tú-eres digno, Para Siempre;
Tú-eres digno, A ti nuestro loor.

Jesús Señor, Mi salvador; Vida, verdad, y amor.
Los corazones, Sí fluye ahora, Toda adoración;
Damos a ti alto loor; Te exaltamos gran Señor;

Tú Eres digno; Digno de loor,
Nuestro adoración; sí alzamos en cancíon.
Tú-eres digno, para siempre;
Tú-eres digno, a Ti nuestro loor.

Tú eres digno, Digno de loor,
Nuestro adoración, sí alzamos en canción.

Tú-eres digno, para siempre,
Tú-eres digno, a Ti nuestro loor;
Tú-eres digno . . . , a Ti nuestro loor.

Oh Grande Deus, ó Pai Eterno, Meu salvador e rei,
De coraÇão, e bem unidos, te adoramos.
Damos alto louvor; Te Exaltamos, Grande Dios;

Tu és digno, digno de louvor,
Nossa adoraÇão, Sim erguemos em canÇão
Tu és digno, Para Sempre;
Tu és digno, A ti nosso louvor.

Jesus Senhor, Meu salvador; Vida, verdade e amor.
Nos coraÇões, Sim flue agora, Toda adoraÇão
Damos a ti alto louvor; Te exaltamos grande Deus;

Tu és digno; Digno de louvor
Nossa adoraÇão; sim erguemos em canÇão
Tu és digno, para sempre

Explanation of the Spanish lyrics (my adaptation from Portuguese)

You are worthy, Worthy to be praised,
Worthy of devotion, And the songs our voices raise.
You are worthy now and evermore
You are worthy, You're worthy to be praised.

You are worthy [etc. that is all the words I could find.]

O Gran Dios, Papa Eterno, Mi salvador y rey,

I would like to have left "Grande" for Gran, but Spanish changes Grande to Gran when it precedes a noun!
I don't know if in Spanish many persons use Papa for God -- the word means papa or daddy. Papa also refers to the pope! (blasphemy). I would prefer Abba myself, but I don't know if that term is understandable to Spanish speakers.

De corazón, y bien unidos, te adoramos.

Damos a ti alto loor; Te exaltamos, Gran Señor;
Spanish should be Te Damos a ti (redundant "you" here), but it doesn't fit the meter to put Te at the start -- so it should be intelligible & poetic license in Spanish to leave out the te.

Tú eres digno, digno de loor;

The music meter allows Tu eres here. It will probably come out pretty much that way in this context. However, later in the song Tu eres is written as Tu-eres, because native Spanish speakers will erase the first e in this context, running the words together so it will come out Tu res, fitting the meter because the e is elided.

Nuestro adoración, Sí alzamos en canción.
Nuestro will need to be pronounced as 2 syllables to fit the meter, which I think will work.
I am tempted to change the Si to Te (we exalt you, instead of "yes, we exalt"), but the Portuguese has their word for "yes" here (sim).

Tú-eres digno, Para Siempre;
Tú-eres digno, A ti nuestro loor.

I suspect that loor is cognate with our word laud.

Jesús Señor, Mi salvador; Vida, verdad, y amor.
De corazones, Sí fluye ahora, Toda adoración;

corazones requires a quick cheat to get in the -es in this word into the meter.
I wonder if there is a better word here than Sí (sim) yes! Interesting how the Portuguese for ahora (here) is agora. I don't know if the pronunciation is different or not, however. I think the Portuguese has their word for our in front of corazones, but nuestro will not fit the meter.

Damos a ti alto loor; Te exaltamos gran Señor;

"gran Señor fits the meter better than "gran Dios," Dios tending to come out as one syllable in Spanish here, i = y sound. Also Señor rhymes with loor.

Tú Eres digno; Digno de loor,
Nuestro adoración; sí alzamos en cancíon.
Tú-eres digno, para siempre;
Tú-eres digno, a Ti nuestro loor.

Tú eres digno, Digno de loor,
Nuestro adoración, sí alzamos en canción.

Tú-eres digno, para siempre,
Tú-eres digno, a Ti nuestro loor;
Tú-eres digno . . . , a Ti nuestro loor.
