Dude nice job with the falsetto...those songs are so dang high to sing...but I have to ask....how do you get this "reverb/singing in a cave effect?" Do you add effects to your vocals? It's like your voice is bouncing off the walls....don't get me wrong it's a cool effect...just wondering if you do any of that fruityloops/audio editing stuff?

It's the "Sing! Karaoke App". It gives you like 5 or 6 different effects. One is no effects.

What's interesting is that on youtube you can find some songs where they only play the raw vocal track and you hear the pure voice of the singer before reverb is added (which sounds very dry and almost amateurish). Here's an example:

Bohemian Rhapsody raw vocals:

Oh and THANKS!!!! :D That's actually my head voice, not falsetto yet. I go into falsetto at the very end of Faithfully by Journey where he sings "faithfully, I'm still yoooooooours, I'm forever yours.." which I recorded last night trying to belt it out lol.

I didn't make it public because I know I can sing it better if I wasn't trying to belt so much....

Cool, if you want you can use a free program called Audacity to record on pc and android (maybe ios but not sure) it's made by some guys from google and you can add all sorts of effects to your track....great program...it's free too...

It's not fruityloops DAW (digital audio workstation) but it does simple stuff like a stripped down version of garageband on mac....

Yea, I have audacity. The problem with it is I have to keep resampling and adjusting the effects until I like how it sounds and that took forever lol. With the Sing! app you can hear and change the effect while you're playing back the song...and the effects are better too. With audacity I have to use a plug-in that has filters/effects and I have to click through a bunch of stuff just to make a tiny adjustment. Also, with audacity you have to upload the song to youtube and youtube only accepts videos so you have to convert it to a video too.
