Victory in Jesus !
He sought me and bought me with His redeeming blood.
A lot of good hymns from the thick song book at my chrch when I was growing up, How great Thou art, my college roommate's favorite, was/still is a great one, Blessed Assurance, Jesus is mine, oh what a foretaste of glory divine, and, Something About That Name, Jesus, Jesus, Jeeee-sus, like the fragrance after the rain, and, many more that vied for meaning and song apprecation supremacy buy my little ole teenage years 'green' mind. BUT, there has never been a doubt of my favorite, so, saw this thread and just wanted to shout this out.....
There is victory in Jesus, my Saviour forever
I hope and pray you make Him yours forever too, just say 'I do accept you, I want you to forgive me Jesus. Cleanse me of all my past sins, present and future too, I know you died on the cross and you did that for all we sinners because You loved us and still do and will forever. Thank you, Lord, my Savior, I am yours from this day forward. My life is now in Your victory. Amen.'
