So, this is the first time I had to say goodbye to someone that really meant something to me and had some bearing and meaning in my life. Yes the song may be loud and obnoxious sounding, but I can think of nothing better to reflect my feelings, and no better way to say goodbye.

I'm not gonna lie to ya' bro,but I can't understand like 70% of what he's singing...but I really enjoy the music. Thanks for sharing. Oddly enough,I know this band has been out there for a bit,I just never bothered to give them a listen really. I'll have to check out some of their other tunes.

If by 'a few years' you mean at least since 96 or older, then yeah, a few years, haha. Even though they were more forward in their faith in the beginning they are credited as one of the defining metalcore bands in metalcores beginnings.

My buddy lucked out. He got saved at 15, at 16 he made it to CStone and saw Zao while they were still selling their self released CD. So i had the luxury of getting a copy from him early on.
