Here is an example of Dubstep. If you are not familiar with it, it is a mix of beat& drums, electronic dace music and robot/machine noises.

I will let you listen and decide for yourself.​

LOL, Max beat me to it. I was going to say "Dubstep is bad for everybody!" :D

I don't really think any one genre of music is bad, just unwholesome songs and lyrics.

No such thing as a 'bad' music style, spiritually speaking. Music is just music. Its the message more, just like anything else.

it's revelation song, the lyrics are with it, worthy is the Lamb who was slain, Holy*, Holy* is He. Sing a new song to Him who sits on the mercy seat,.. etc.

I don't like most of what is considered 'Christian dubsetp' though. As you can see from the posts above, most Christian electronic music is just remixes of CC or Hillsong, rather than making quality, original music. And please, spare me 1000 youtube posts to show me how wrong i am. I said 'most' not 'all'. And much of the original music is pretty weak. So for every 20 Christian electronic songs i hear, maybe 1 is good.

No! Dubstep is not bad for Christians.. It is bad for your ears. :)
Imo dubstep is too loud and too random plus annoying.. that's why i use dubstep song as my alarm sound. :D

I don't think it's bad as long as the content is acceptable. I can't really think of a form of music that would be bad unless it specifically required some seriously anti Christian activity. So, until someone comes up with a form of music that requires using human skeletons as xylophones, or IDK, skulls instead of drums, it'll probably be all good.

The only bad thing about dubstep is it's been killing trance, and trance is awesome as it was like the natural progression of early dance music (not that I can dance mind you). This is my personal opinion. Also, it's hard to find Christian trance, so you're stuck with a lot of secular love songs (not always bad as long as there's no sexual content involved). Perhaps dubstep will reverse this trend which would be nice. Then if they could only go back a genre and give me some Christian trance well that would be sweet.
