My favorite is 'There's Just Something About That Name'. It's such a lovely song of Jesus name.

So hard to choose just one! But if I were to choose just one, it would have to be "Great is Thy Faithfulness."

The King of love my shepherd is,
Whose goodness faileth never;
I nothing lack if I am His
And He is mine for ever.

It is has two distinct tunes. A Celtic one and an Anglican one I think. (Its been my signature in CC ever since I joined :))

"Stand up! Stand up for Jesus." We're soldiers of the cross, but it seems like half of the troops are engaged in the wrong war/s.

in my high school spanish class, we tossed a ball small ball around and stood to answer questions, for an exercise.

when the teacher was explaining how he wanted this to be, he sang "Stand up! Stand up for Spanish! you soldiers of the cross" - a moment that has always stuck with me :D

Free from the law—oh, happy condition (Once For All)
Music and Lyrics by Philip Paul Bliss (1838-1876)

Free from the law—oh, happy condition!
Jesus hath bled, and there is remission;
Cursed by the law and bruised by the fall,
Christ hath redeemed us once for all.

Once for all—oh, sinner, receive it;
Once for all—oh, doubter, believe it;
Cling to the cross, the burden will fall,
Christ hath redeemed us once for all.

My favorite hymn to sing and listen to is O Sacred Head Now Wounded sung by Fernando Ortega (Beautiful). O sacred Head, now wounded, With grief and shame weighed down, Now scornfully surrounded With thorns, thine only crown: How pale thou art with anguish, With sore abuse and scorn! How does that visage languish Which once was bright as morn! What thou, my Lord, has suffered Was all for sinners' gain; Mine, mine was the transgression, But thine the deadly pain. Lo, here I fall, my Savior! 'Tis I deserve thy place; Look on me with thy favor, Vouchsafe to me thy grace. What language shall I borrow To thank thee, dearest friend, For this thy dying sorrow, Thy pity without end? O make me thine forever; And should I fainting be, Lord, let me never, never Outlive my love for thee.

I have many, but off the top of my head:

What a friend we have in Jesus
Be thou my Vision
Love Divine all loves excelling
All hail the power of Jesus Name
And can it be
Holy, Holy, Holy
Immortal, Invisible, God only wise
Jesus Christ is risen today

And many more, many Anglician and Methodist...

Amazing Grace, because it's a Calvinist song and almost everyone doesn't get it.

Am I a Soldier of the Cross - Isaac Watts (with an alternate town)
A Mighty Fortress is Our God
quite a few others

1. Amazing grace! How sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; was blind, but now I see. 2. 'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace my fears relieved; how precious did that grace appear the hour I first believed. 3. Through many dangers, toils, and snares, I have already come; 'tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, and grace will lead me home. 4. The Lord has promised good to me, his word my hope secures; he will my shield and portion be, as long as life endures. 5. Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail, and mortal life shall cease, I shall possess, within the veil, a life of joy and peace. 6. When we've been there ten thousand years, bright shining as the sun, we've no less days to sing God's praise than when we first begun.
