Just ran into this again today. I was so delighted to find the name of it in the Trinity Hymnal (I have it on mp3, but not the hymn names).

I forgot to bring my transfer cable, or I'd be singing it tonight. :( It's good though. I heard it and sang it while in Kansas with the family farm, and I enjoyed it so much.
