Well, there are indeed signs of the times - but wether today or tomorrow we should be willing to share the gospel and keep pushing back against the tide of evil. A little good can go a long way in this world! I have seen some people toss their hands up in the air and expect to be raptured or give up the good fight of faith. That's not the way to do it.

Also... you may like to watch this:
Noah | And the Last Days

And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.

- Luke 17:26-30

No...Not until he shakes it up a bit....removes over half of the world population and allows the man of sin to be revealed and the total apostatization of humanity.....then he will come when it is time for him to come....

Apostatization <--my coined word submitted for dictionary application....the complete act of humanity standing off from the truth and selling out to the man of sin.

But over all...Yes the world is going to hell in a hand basket for sure, and we are definitely seeing the spiral down the tubes....

It is going to be as it was in the days of Noah. Every man doing what was right in his own eyes.

I suspect it will be far worse than just Sodom and Gomorrah. As the man once said you ain't seen nothing yet.

Things are going to get a lot worse before they get better and we are seeing the decline in the morals all over the globe. There will be a time of trouble such as never was as stated in Revelation and our job at present is to still spread the gospel of Jesus and ask for indwelling of Holy Spirit to help us clean up our lives as we can't do anything without God's help. So you will continue to see things go down hill until Jesus returns. We need to keep our eyes on Jesus and continue to be His witnesses and help those around us in need.

Yep. It seems like we can do everything under the sun these days but if you mention prayer in school, or on the job you offend someone else's religious freedom.

Don't be too concerned, the preached Gospel itself is an offense to the world, yet we ought to obey God rather than men.

I wonder why so many people miss the most important part of Jesus' prophecies about his return.

"And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." Matt 24:14

I know I harp on this all the time, and it gets ignored. But Jesus is not ignoring his Word. All the rest means nothing if the gospel is not preached to the world.

Are you part of the problem or part of the solution?

Isaiah 1:10-20King James Version (KJV)

10 Hear the word of the Lord, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.
11 To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the Lord: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
12 When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?
13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
14 Your new moons and your appointed feasts my soul hateth: they are a trouble unto me; I am weary to bear them.
15 And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
16 Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17 Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20 But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of theLord hath spoken it.

Perhaps this also will cover a large portion...

Revelation 11:4-6 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.

Revelation 14:6-7 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.

Well, at least it's not ignored this time :)

What happens to Sodom and Gomorra? Not all countries have lost grace or feel like a modern day Sodom. Sodom was a specific place. There is harvest in other countries and cities. But there is one that will go first! If Grace has left the country, watch out. Leave and find a new land.

[Its true that not all places are bad but the point I was getting at was the sinful state in which our world as an entirety is in. We have gone so far from Gods values. And the signs of revelations is being fulfilled . It says that in the lasthere will t days we will hear rumors of wars and there will be famine and plagues all over the earth. If you look around what do you see?QUOTE=OnThisRock;1734193]hat happens to Sodom and Gomorra? Not all countries have lost grace or feel like a modern day Sodom. Sodom was a specific place. The sad thing on this one is that since this couple runs a private business which is a wedding chapel (not a church) they're gonna get hung out the same way that numerous other Christian owned wedding related businesses have here in the States recently. Of course they could get around any court order by reconfiguring things (since they are ordained ministers) on the records to show that they are a church that happens to do a boat load of weddings but they need to get a congregation going quick in order to prove it.

We see the entire world falling further and further from God. In America we are at the beginning of this fall. I caution people to remember that God is "long-suffering". How many years did Israel sin against God before judgement? Another thought to consider is that not EVERYONE in Israel in the old testament sinned against God but yet they too faced the judgement...we are not immune to the coming troubles. But unlike the unsaved we have a HOPE in knowing this is only for a little while. So let us be strong and courageous in this time.

That is my prayer that I may be bold to speak of Christ...because it is not my job to save them it is God's but God has called each one of us to share the gospel.

Hopefully part of the solution as I try and come up with new ways to spread the gospel as I agree with you fully and I hear what you are saying....

Yes it is. But always remember that unbelief and refusal to believe the gospel is a sin worse than the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah before God.

Mark.6

[11] And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you, when ye depart thence, shake off the dust under your feet for a testimony against them. Verily I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.
