All I can say is they better release all evidence that they were shown to the public, to show why they come up with their decision. I am watching CNN right now and the guy speaking just said there is no video of the final shots.
What happened to the couple of cell phone video's of Brown being shot ?

The St Louis county prosecutor has said at least three times there is a video of the final 10 shots...so CNN is full of crap as I just watched it and am watching it on Fox

I don't have the evidence so I won't speak on the verdict. I do hope though that the race card is dropped, and hopefully the rioting is a non-issue, too.

Hope this entire thing is over with and done.

We should all be praying for both families involved and the entirety of the town and surrounding area.

I don't know who this guy Robert McCaulla ( prosecutor ) that is being asked questions about the decision right now on CNN is, but he was asked about the evidence of video, and he said there is no video evidence of the final shots only audio evidence.
However there was at least two people who came forward saying they caught the whole thing on cell phones.

Typically grand jury proceedings are sealed and IMO releasing everything to the public could end up being counterproductive.
A grand jury is screened in the same manner that a trial jury is to insure a fair and impartial proceeding, but once all the evidence is released to partial and biased persons in the general public the spinmeisters that have an axe to grind will go crazy. I do, however, understand why the Prosecutor made the decision to release the proceedings.

and, in this case, if what i heard on the news is true, the grand jury was chosen to sit
before the incident happened.

perhaps we should pray the whole thing ends quickly?

Everyone who says Wilson is guilty are being completely irrational. They literally don't care about the evidence, they believe Wilson is innocent and will ignore every piece of evidence that contradicts their views of victimhood. They're also basing their accusations on... pure emotion and witness testimony (ignoring the contradictions).

This is why all the evidence should be made public, so that those who want to know the truth can actually look at the evidence. Because honestly, nobody has enough evidence either which way outside of the grand jury.

And the above is why the protests tick me off, because all these people lack evidence - but they still act! Not only that, but we have proof that Michael was a thug. Does this have anything to do with Wilson? No. But it does prove that anyone who calls Michael a hero is a total imbecile!

And the Brown's lawyer?! He keeps talking about how protesters should remain peaceful, but he KNOWS he's stirring more riots. He is INTENTIONALLY riling people up so they do act violently! He knows people won't listen to his pleas for peace, he just asks for peace so it's harder to accuse him of stirring riots.

I wish the rest of the country would stop worrying about Ferguson because Michael wasn't obviously innocent, he was a thug, and he was shot in an incredibly horrible neighborhood where crime is stupendously high. There are better cases highlighting racism towards blacks. In fact, there's no evidence Wilson shot Brown because he was black.

There's just so much to say and my mind is so frazzled at how irrational people are to defend Brown that I can't even gather my thoughts. Which, I apologize for jumping all over the place.

Was Wilson guilty or innocent? I don't know, but nor do the protesters. The protesters just don't care.

This is why I said the evidence needs to be released to the public, especially the video evidence that according to Robert McCallaw ( the prosecutor ), how ever you say his name. On CNN said that there was no video evidence of the final shots, only audio evidence. I would ask what happened to the cell phone video evidence of the shooting ?

it wouldn't matter if they indicted or not, the people there are going to riot and loot no matter what. I say nip it in a bud and just call in a A-10 for a airstrike. end of riot, problem solved.

That would just make a local issue turn out to be a country wide issue, for there is already a lot of people upset with the government. All it takes is the right action and this country will be in an all out civil war again.

I suppose the acquitted cop will have to take on a new identity...sad.

Typically once an officer is cleared in an investigation he (she) is returned to full duty. I have a feeling that in this case he will end up resigning and looking for a new job far away from Missouri. Returning to duty there will leave him with a target on his back for those who are inclined to get revenge.

From what I understand the racial breakdown of the grand jury was 9 whites and 3 blacks with 9 votes required to indict. I'd be interested to find out if the decision was strictly down racial lines.

I'm sitting here watching the news coverage from Ferguson. I've never seen anything like this. This rioting and looting is deeply troubling to me. I understand being upset, and peaceful protesting is something I can tolerate. What's going on there though is absolutely troubling to me. I cannot understand how this anger and lashing out in this way is doing anything but causing people less and less respect for people.

I hope people come to their senses soon and this is all calmed down.
