Maybe god spoke to this woman and told her to do it? Ive been told many times he works in mysterious ways we will never understand.

Maybe this one of his mysterious acts.. Have you considered that?
Maybe she thinks she hears voices? She looks like she has a crazy look in her eyes.

I would sooner hold to New Testament precedent. Nowhere are we told to resort to beatings in the service of evangelism or given an example of a Christian authority figure who administered them.

If anything our examples encourage us to do the opposite- take beatings.

She is passionate for Christ... Maybe a little too passionate???

When she gets to heaven this moment will probably be one of those hay and stubble moments...

Its possible she and the Lord might have a small chuckle about this, as long as the jewish lady wasn't seriously injured???

Something along the lines of "I appreciate the effort, but your technique leaves something to be desired"...

If the jewish lady was injured then my sincerest apologies for these comments... (I didn't read the article)

I saw this on FB on the page of someone who hates organized religion. I didn't even have the heart to post that this is NOT what evangelism is about.

I do hope the woman was psychotic. Better than if she was doing it and of sound mind.
