At least 9 reported dead at multiple scenes in Missouri

At least 9 people are reportedly dead at separate locations in southern Missouri, where officials planned a news conference early Friday.
The dead include the suspected gunman, according to the Houston Herald. The victims reportedly include the gunman.

Texas County Sheriff James Sigman told the newspaper there are four confirmed crime scenes in Tyrone, a possible fifth location and a sixth outside Texas County.

The Missouri Highway Patrol plans a news conference Friday morning.

Beat me to it. I was going to post this when I noticed your thread, 1_still. This is about four hours south of me, even though it's only 240 miles or so away. Rough country in Texas County, right the middle of the Mark Twain Forest.

This is so tragic :( I cannot fathom why these things happen, and how. I am praying so hard for these families and the communities surrounding. I am literally in tears trying to understand the human logic in all of this, because to me there isn't any. :(

About two hours or less just west of me...I live on 40 acres in Mark Twain in Washington County :)

It is called human depravity, sin and being led by evil.......NO one in their right mind would possibly do this....no conscience whatsoever at all.......I could defend my friends and or family etc.....but to just go off on a tangent and start whacking people...my conscience would not allow it!
