Confirmed: DOJ did not buy the "hands up" testimony of Ferguson "witnesses"

DOJ will not prosecute former Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson

The Justice Department announced Wednesday that it will not prosecute former Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of an unarmed black 18-year-old, while also releasing a report faulting the city and its law enforcement for racial bias.

In the criminal investigation, federal officials concluded Wilson's actions "do not constitute prosecutable violations under the applicable federal criminal rights statute."

Specifically, the DOJ said there was "no evidence" to disprove Wilson's testimony that he feared for his safety, nor was there reliable evidence that Michael Brown had his hands up when he was shot.
Frankly, I'm amazed. When Holder left Ferguson in August, his parting words were "We're going to make this right." I thought, and I'll bet Officer Wilson thought that meant they were going to indict him on some trumped up civil rights charge.

Amazing. Justice prevails in a Holder-run DOJ. It's a miracle.

Holder just might have had a concern or two about the Oklahoma boys.

They knew from the start that this would be the outcome. They were simply posturing for their base.

The media is making a much bigger deal about the emails found that had racial slurs/jokes in them belonging to the Ferguson PD and the DA's.............even one about Obama.

Right or wrong..........this is where the majority of their focus is right now.

I'm honestly glad WIlson got the justice he deserved in this. There were too many conflictign "eye-witness" testimonies and the constant attack against police action by minorities is honestly growing tiresome. Not every death is racially driven. Sometimes people get what they earned.

It was a sham accusation. Thank God it wasn't a sham trial.
