Microsoft is phasing out the web browser, in name at least, apparently to shake off negative connotations.
Instead it wants a fresh start for the new browser being baked into Windows 10, codenamed Project Spartan.

lol..okay.. CPU is Central Processing Unit..basically it's your memory. When it gets too high, the computer starts acting wonky, freezes up, even sometimes displays a message saying "out of memory" and shuts itself down.. Think of it like a fan that runs 24-7-365..eventually the fan burns out and dies..

When I use too much CPU, my laptop tries to burn me. I am not a big Microsoft fan, I like Linux better. It also doesn't come with internet explorer. Although right now I am using Microsoft....

I suppose I should buy extra memory, never did that before.

i think you can buy extra memory, google it and see..Opera has never been a CPU hog until the last couple of versions that they came out with of it.. Of course it doesn't help that I'm on the computer all day..lol..
