I really wish my post hadn't been truncated by the forum that way. I guess I'll just write it out here then. Pew Research is stating that Muslims will outnumber Christians by 2070.

However, the Baylor Institute for Religious Studies is arguing that Christianity in China is exploding far past current estimates. They've been able to assess, using some very creative methods, that even top government officials and their children are becoming Christians. But due to official ongoing Chinese suppression of religious believers in China, most are keeping it private.

Baylor is predicting that future Christian growth in China will offset Pew's latest study. Which, of course, is very interesting.

I do not think it is going to take that long, as I have looked at a few studies that have both Christians and Muslims both at around 2.1 billion worldwide right now. So I do not see it taking another 50+ years to out number us, as I can easily see it happening even by the end of this year.

The obvious solution is that Christians need to make a lot more babies.

I think we should do whatever we have to do.
I'm calling my Mormon friends to see if they have any good family planning ideas.

Why is this a problem...? There was a time when we were the minority and still we rose...it'll happen again.

This immoral generation has resulted in a dramatic decrease in marriages and even the birthrate; however, I found Baylor's information informative about how the reported number of Christians in China was just the tip of the iceberg. Christianity is sweeping through China underground right now and it's going to offset the Pew Research study.

Maybe, or not. You've read Revelations right?

I find it interesting that according to that study the nonreligious will probably die out at some point due to declining birth rates.

2.1 billion muslims is grossly exaggerated (not on your part but on those studies).
