Inquiry claims Brian Williams lied a 'half-dozen' times

Suspended NBC anchor Brian Williams “fabricated, misrepresented or embellished” news accounts a half-dozen times – including a previously undisclosed fib about his coverage of riots in Cairo during the Arab Spring, a new report said Friday.

The revelations are more bad news for the truth-challenged talking head, and come from NBC’s internal report into contradictions and other problems with his reporting, The New York Times reported, citing two sources familiar with the network’s probe.

It would seem NBC, by "back-dooring" the facts of their investigation through the Times, is softening up the public for the eventual firing of Brian Williams.

I still believe he is falling on the sword for NBC. News is no longer reported but created and BW is just a pawn in the game of mainstream media.

Oh well...even though I do not wacth NBC nor have I in years I used to like the world news with Tom Brokaw (spelling) oh well....guess the fact he made millions of smackolas wasnt enough to just simple report the news.....!
