What concerns me is he stated that any Officer who disagrees with his assertion is guilty of dereliction of duty.....or some such. This is a dangerous statement, because it opens the door for Military Officers to be disciplined or even dismissed from service if they do not believe that Global Warming will prevent our Military from being able to defend our Nation.
