4.2 magnitude earthquakes don't move whole coasts. They barely move the glassware on your shelf. This website of yours seems a tad sensationalist, to say the least.

Also, the people who actually know about these things say it ain't no big deal.

Researchers think Axial Seamount off Northwest coast is erupting – right on schedule

In any case, the researchers say, such an eruption is not a threat to coastal residents. The earthquakes at Axial Seamount are small and the seafloor movements gradual and thus cannot cause a tsunami. Nor is the possible eruption tied to a possible Cascadia Subduction Zone earthquake.

I did find verification of the uptick in earthquake and volcanic activity, I found nothing supporting the claim that the West Coast moved.
