The TPP was quietly passed while everyone was focused on the Confederate Flag/Jenner stories and now most people really won't even notice because they are so estatic about gay marriage being legalized in all of the states. And the one world government is beginning. This is actually happening guys! What were once considered crazy conspiracy theories are now becoming reality.

he's talking about the trans-pacific partnership trade agreement that was passed the other day, which allows the president to send trade bills to congress for approval in an up/down vote.

catch that? the president can ask congress if they are OK with some trade bills. congress can't amend the president's offers or filibuster them, but they can vote them down. it's designed to remove some of the politicking from the process.

the president can ask congress for approval. a congress that is very hostile to the president.
having to ask a hostile congress for approval over a trade agreement is hardly the definition of a dictator, wouldn't you say???

if anything, this paves the way for a future republican president to stuff it to a democratic minority in congress. it's a win for Obama's enemies, with a small concession that at least he gets an up/down vote instead of congress just ignoring his proposals until 2017.

guy in video posted is a complete nutter, IMHO.
just more propaganda from the hate-your-president team.

the trade agreement itself is backed by the GOP, not the Dems, and is full of international copyright-protection regulation.

it's a win for corporations, you know, the GOP's core constituency - not dictatorship.

this whole thing represents a big rift between Obama & his party and actually a point of agreement with what our darling 'conservative party' has been pushing. it's a framework for spreading US copyright and DMCA law around the globe, minus key "fair-use" protection that exists in the US.

that makes companies like Disney & Pfizer etc. "dictators" if anything.

congrats to conservative republicans! you win!
gwan now and start pinning blame on Obama.

This generation of American voters are going to ride the train from Beverly Hills to Skid Row (both literally in a socio-economic sense and figuratively in a spiritual sense) all the way to the end of the line where they will be forced to disembark.

ain't like it's all just happening now. we've been living on credit for 75 years while the interest piles up.

at the end of the line, we're going to have to pay for all those decades of (spiritual & economic) joyriding. can't blame it on the last leg of the track!
just because the station's finally coming into view don't mean we haven't been headed there this whole time.

sorry - a little mix-up here. "fast-tracking" trade bills got approved through 2018 first, which allowed an up/down vote on the TPP without democrats being able to amend it.

it's a GOP win -- and the only reason i can think of for conspiracy nuts to be calling it "Obama dictatorship" is that he's their favorite scapegoat and they want to maintain the impression that the GOP is some "hand of god" that can do no wrong.

reality is that the TPP is right wing conservative politician's baby, and so happens that our centrist (not socialist) president agrees with them here.

i don't agree, but it's malarkey to be pinning this all on the POTUS.

I have an idea for the TPP and the trade authority bill:

I need more information first. What it contains is still rather vague. And the authorization bill still gives Congress 60 days to vote any agreement up or down. I'm not in favor of giving Obama or any president more power, but international trade is the purview of the executive branch, with the advise and consent of the Senate. So far, we've still got that. At least that's what I understand. But as I said, I need more information.

I have no problem with blaming the GOP as they've been guilty since day one for the present "free" trade debacle; however, your constant attempt to whitewash the guilty minority in the Democrat party clearly reveals your personal bias toward the blue team.

There are about twenty-five Democrats lined up in support for the TPP and the head of the Democrat party, president Obama, is the number one proponent and political force for it in political office right now in the U.S..

Yes, LET'S start by pinning the blame on Obama because that's the number one place that it belongs:

... and start pinning blame on Obama.
