I like what the head of the forecasting department said :' We are very confident is a type of dolphin... but dolphins have no fur'


They could just say we have no idea and we'll stop guessing. hehe

That's a dead, half-decomposed cetacean – a beaked whale – lying with it’s lower jaw facing up.

It doesn't have any "fur" on its tail. Its seaweed.
