A report on July 5th, released by Debka, revealed:

"ISIS has announced that it is setting its sights on Egypt’s pyramids, the Sphinx of Giza, and the country's unique historic monuments in general, after its savage vandalism and looting of other precious world heritage sites.
In a new message released Friday, July 3, a number of radical Islamist leaders, including the ISIS “caliph” Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, told their followers that the destruction of Egypt’s national monuments, such as the pyramids and the sphinx, was a “religious duty” that must be carried out by those who worship Islam, as “idolatry is strictly banned in the religion.”
This message has sharply ratcheted up the jihadist element of ISIS military confrontation with Egypt to a higher, more inflammatory level."

ISIS rushes reinforcements to Egypt. Its next targets: The Pyramids and Sphinx

Should Europe be concerned about this?
What if ISIS wants to destroy Christian churches in Europe in the future?

Actually this is all covered in the bible as take a look at the areas that ISIS is in control of, and is trying to take control of.
Then look at this list that I have found in the OT prophecies of end times nations that will face God's wrath;

Egypt, Iraq, Iran, Ethiopia, Greece, Syria, *Turkey, Libya, Sudan, and Jordan

Count them then read Revelation 17:12, 16 and also read *Revelation 2:13 and 13:2.........

Finally someone who actually reads the text and doesn't change these Islamic nation names into European nations. I agree that ISIS is willing to conquer the entire Middle East, but I believe that ultimately, Turkey will take over these chaotic areas and countries when they will all call for peace. Have you been reading Shoebat by the way? I more see them as the forerunners of the real evil army that will come. Revelation 13:2 in relation to Daniel 4 and 7 reveal to us indeed what it will look like, I've covered this in a blog you might like. Feel free to check it out.

I have not read any of his material but have watched a few of his sermons.

Some want to take and pay very little attention to the OT as if none of it applies when they talk about prophecies, yet they don't realize there is still prophecy yet to be fulfilled. Revelation is one key to unlocking the book of Daniel, but some prophecy teachers do not teach it as such which is why they still try to interject Rome, Vatican, Pope, America, or U.S. president where they do not fit in prophecy.

Here is another conclusion I have been lead to by looking into OT prophecy, and that is Saudi Arabia is the harlot known as Mystery Babylon. Why I believe this is because Saudi Arabia is the only place right now that fits every description, and the OT prophecies that speak of the areas being destroyed with/in Babylon is on the west coast along the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.

Wow, just wow. I'm surprised to read this. Finally someone actually gets it. Indeed, the OT is always talking about the Middle East nations begin judged in the end times, how Edom and its decendants will be obliterated and so on and so forth... So many people try to mold their vision for the end times so we would all think that Europe or America is the main player to focus on. I also agree that Saudi Arabia, Mecca to be specific, is the harlot city. One language, the largest tower in the world on Mount Babel, it sells oil in exchange for promoting Islam in the West and funding terrorism on the other hand in the Middle East. Speak about wine of fornication... The best quote by Walid Shoebat (that I find) is this one:

"All the references in the Bible to nations God proclaims His war against in end-times, you will find, that all of them are Muslim."

Coincidence? NOT. Thanks for replying, Kenneth.

No problem has I am always studying on the end times to get more detail on what in the world is lining up with the prophecies.
Mecca means mother, which is another term given to Mystery Babylon Mother of all Harlotry.

Here is some other descriptions in the bible for Mystery Babylon; Beheading of Christians and Jews, child trafficing, and when Mystery Babylon gets destroyed Revelation 18:19 shows the people who morn for her being destroyed throwing dust on their heads which is a Muslim custom of morning.

Then look at this;

Acts 19:35
And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter?

Blowing up the pyramids sounds pretty ambitious.

Coptic christians from Egypt are being systematically persecuted, their churches are being destroyed, they are treated like "subhumans" by muslim authorities and Europe does not show any concern about this. I hope that maybe now, with the threat of destroying the pyramids (an ambitious project, like maxwel said), europeans will show concern, solidarity and will take attitude against the genocide taking place in Egypt.

The Europeans may show some kind of solidarity but it surely won't be centered around Christendom.

I think ISIS are just trying to ruffle some feathers. The pyramids and sphinx no longer have anything to do with pagan worship and practices. Now they're just fascinating archaeological findings. Historical curiosities, if you will.

good luck taking apart the great pyramids lol.

Kenneth up there has a much better idea for them, IMO -- if they are really concerned with destroying idols, they ought to be headed to Mecca to blow up the kaaba.

how is that not obvious to Muslims???
imagine if Christians had a "holy rock" that they always faced when they prayed, and considered it a duty to visit and kiss with their mouth at least once in their lifetime?

That didn't stop them from destroying other curiosities in Iraq.

Tintin, since you've also read The Stand, do you also find a strange and curious similarity between ISIS and Randall Flagg's men in Vegas?

Wanton destruction. Crucifixion. A special appeal to brutal outlaws. King was on to something.

That's very true. Yes, you're right about the similarities. I only noticed them upon you comparing the two. But they're definitely present. Stephen King - a prophet for our generation. ;)

I'm glad you know of these things, the descriptions given to Mystery Babylon perfectly fit this harlot city Muslims call Mecca! No Christian would throw dust on their heads if they see Rome being destroyed; but when Mecca will be nuked, many Muslims will bewail her since it's the birthplace of Islam and of course casting dust on your head is an Islamic custom. I've covered this in my blog about the beast out of the sea.

I had to laugh out loud, haha. Yes, the Kaaba is an idol as well. Actually, I've read that ISIS views the Kaaba as idolatry as well, strangely enough; and they said they thought of blowing it up too, but that statement was made a couple of months ago, I believe.

Well you ready for another tid bit of info that you probably already know;

Revelation 13:16
And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free men and the slaves, to be given a mark on their right hand or on their forehead,

Greek word dexios - means right hand which includes the whole right arm

Revelation 17:16

And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.
