a more telling thing to look into here in the states is this : medical privacy laws. a simple version of it: no doctor can release any information about your medical conditions or history without a person's concent. now while this sounds fine on paper, here lies the big problem: if someone is mentally ill, and a doctor thinks that they could be a threat, by law, without the person's concent, they cannot contact anyone about the possible threat. not in the cal. case, but this has lead to many of the mass shooting stats you have.

Well it is certain that allah is not available for intervention.

The media has declared they do not want God to intervene so old Lucifer has a lot of liberty to wreak mayhem.

As bad as it seems, the rate of mass shootings is higher in Norway and Finland and Belgium and the Czech Republic. President Obama is never trying to make sense of anything. He is trying to create division amongst Americans, picking and choosing who he wants the winners to be.

If stricter gun laws are the solution then why didn't gun control laws help in the France shootings? When will people realize that laws are upheld by citizens who respect the rule of law, not the ones who oppose it.

Not to speak of the repeated fact that Ca. has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation.

I wonder how much of the vitriol against the media is legitimate.

may be you can ponder, living a life without a gun. and stop blaming government, for the down fall of yesterday.
you need to be god to see the full picture. anyone can point blame, yet the problem, you seem to miss, is root to blame.
strange how ,you claim to know the roots to peace. yet, blame is your front runner. yet hes only been appointed for(what) 5-10 years. make up your mind, who you follow. etc

the FREEDOMS you and your ilk enjoy today were SECURED with guns............so, maybe you should try imagining your life if it were not for those who fought and died to secure the freedoms you appear to take for granted.

And, the next time some Evil power rises to bomb your wee Country into submission, PLEASE DO NOT call us.

Yes as evil grows and more and more evil people get guns...we need to take the guns away from good and decent people. Why not disarm the police as well?

This is left-wing insanity and those who promote this sort of stuff should be put in mental institutions.

I do not see why a man ought to contemplate living a life without a means of defending his person in the absolute sense.

I refuse to do so. I was born, I live, and I intend to die a free man.

When I ponder America without the right for self determination and the right to defend ourselves I see a world full of slaves....you're welcome that you are not stuck in a labor camp somewhere.

Quote "may be you can ponder, living a life without a gun. "

14 people lived life without a gun. They're dead today. Their spouses are widows/widowers, children without parents. Maybe you can try to ponder that.
