and his mother have been caught in Mexico. They are being sent back to Texas.........GOOD!

Problem is, if the Judge does not transfer his cast to the Adult Courts, the MOST time he can do for his crimes is about ten months...........this is a TRAVESTY of JUSTICE..........

Judge should be removed from the Bench.

Praying for the families of those this kid killed and for those he injured. His best friend will be paralyzed for life now.

I watched a video last night on in which a former attorney was talking about the procedure of grand jury trials. she quit the job because she was tired of all the corruption....I would post it here but there was too much profanity. According to , when a case goes to grand jury, the entire trial is run by the proprosecutor. The defense attorney doesn't even get to speak. The prosecutor decides which evidence is presented and how it is presented. so I can be easily imagine how the prosecution could just conveniently leave out certain evidence

Huh? Kindly enlighten me as to what evidence the defense could have presented to make a difference? The kid was wasted on pcp, valium, and alcohol. He mowed down several human beings and killed three. Seems to me that the evidence was weighed against him the minute the crime was committed. That kid didnt have a leg to stand on.

The single purpose of the Grand Jury is to decide if there is enough evidence to charge a person with a crime(s). The prosecution presents enough evidence to show that a crime was committed and the defendant is the person who committed the crime. The Grand Jury process is closed to protect the defendant and the witnesses from harassment. During the course his actual trial the defendant (attorney) has access to all evidence gathered during the investigation. The job of the jury trial is to determine if the defendant is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

The Grand Jury process in not a trial, and results in favor of the defendant won't prevent him from being prosecuted for the same crime should new evidence become available.
