I keep changing my choice for the Republican nomination for president of the USA. In a short while we will have our caucus and I’ll have to vote, and perhaps even speak up for the person I’m voting for. It seems to me John Kasich is the only guy in the top group who has a positive message. I’ve got no problem with candidates criticizing their opponents, but they also need to, in my opinion, tell us what they are going to do to make the country better, and how they are going to do it.

Open borders? I haven't heard what he says on that subject, but I suspect he believes in enforcing the existing laws.
Well, what I hear is the same nonsense we have now and legalization of illegals.

Kasich has also indicated in past debates he'd allow the Wall of Trump to be built to appease the right wingers also.

The days are long past when the republicans can sell us that line of nonsense again...He cannot win with that attitude toward immigration and throw in the other liberal ideas he put forth and he has no chance in this environment. I would also add that he was seeking democrat votes in NH and im sure that's why he did as good as he did in NH.... He cannot win...sorry guys :(

Kasich will give you the wall you want though and will work with the conservatives on other issues though and could actually get action done on immigration overall which is an issue much talked about, but little major action taken for a while. I do like Trump's position it's straight forward. Still though gotta remember the position of mercy, must retain the Christians just as well as push out the bad factions and curtail them. Kasich seems most merciful. It's all a big race and show though US politics lol, gotta realize that by now. We'll see who wins, fun to watch though especially with ya'll :).

As most are aware election policies are set by each individual state and most states hold closed primary elections in which the only persons who can vote in a primary election are those affiliated (registered) with a political party and they can only vote for that party's candidates. Some states hold open primary elections in which all persons (affiliated or not) can vote for a candidate from either party.

New Hampshire is a oddball in that they hold a partially open primary. Those persons affiliated with a party can only vote that party's primary however unaffiliated voters can vote either party.

Based on that, Kasich could seek Democrat votes all day long in a primary in New Hampshire as you alleged but it wouldn't change the primary results.

I use the term Democrat to identify "liberals" in general and its clear many liberals was deciding between Bernie, Hillary and Kasich and he spoke openly about getting those folks to vote for him...Im sure many of his votes in NH was from liberals (democrats) if you will.

Im just trying to be honest, he has no chance in this environment. Folks are mad as heck and he appears to be part of the problem, not the solution. 10 years ago, he could have made some noise ... A revolt is going on and folks who think the old ways are acceptable are missing what the folks are saying.

Any good quality about Kasich is a political agenda in my opinion...
If we really wanted a Christian President we would have voted for Ben Carson. But instead we want a facade of a Christian, just the shell no meat...

Kasich only says what the populous wants him too. For instance, he wants to de-fund planned parenthood but somehow still fund them for rape and incest abortions...
Kasich wants to support the second amendment, but votes to ban "assault rifles".
Kasich says that the govt has no place in health care, but loves Obama Care...
Kasich sends his children to a Christian private school, but supports Common Core.

Do you see the trend? He only does and says what is politically correct in the media at the time...
It's politically correct to say we want to de-fund planned parenthood on the right, but then it is not politically correct to dismantle it completely on the left, so Kasich meets in the middle...

Politically correct to not support Government sanctioned health care on the right, but it is politically correct to care for all those people on it and want them to stay on it on the left. Kasich meets in the middle...

First Dr Carson is a SDA ..which would make anyone question his spiritual insight? Second ..we have to get someone that can win and best represents our values .. Huck was much more godly than anyone running from a Protestant viewpoint ..but he had no chance to win.

Seems like a basic guy alright, and that's how you pronounce his name too.

His response might not have been the best possible response, but do you really believe we can afford to round up 11 million illegal immigrants? Can you win a presidential election without winning some Hispanic votes?

Trump won't win the GOP and the powers to be won't let that happen. The GOP is goining to keep funding the little players to make sure Trump doesn't get the 52% of the delegates he needs to win.

So who ever the power group has control over will get elected. It really doesn't matter to them there is plenty they have dirt on they can control.

Who of you ever would have thought a nobody from Chicago with a questionable birth record and a past sealed by the courts could get elected?

It would be far more effective if we pray God expose this wickedness and remove them all. We all know what God can do with evil kings. Pray for our nation as we endure it. Many will soon be experiencing greater difficulties

Well they had a town hall style show lately on CNN for the remaining candidates. Think it was a pretty good one for Kasich in my opinion and made me think of this topic since they get Kasich to address some of the issues and questions about Kasich on here ranging from Medicare/Medicaid, foreign policy, and Christianity, and more.
