Just kidding. But what if scientists had Jesus' DNA and they were able to clone him into the prefect presidential candidate. Aside from His supernatural abilities.......what traits of Jesus would be the perfect candidate that you would vote for and throw your whole weight behind to tackle the problems of todays world? He is limited just like a normal human being is and he has access to the same things every other dude has access too....the military, air force one, Augusta national golf course (that was a veiled joke about Obama). Anyway...you get the idea. What say you?

Keep it clean...no fighting about your Jesus is better than my Jesus. Lol

For starters we wouldn't have to worry about character flaws or past transgressions. Try to think of all the character traits that Jesus possesses and meld them into the perfect man to solve todays issues. Would He use the military. Would he use diplomacy? How would he use those things? What would he do with criminals murderers and rapists?

Could all Christians unify behind your version of Jesus? What would you have your version of Jesus do with those who didn't agree with him? These are some tough questions folks and they should really give us all pause.

Besides, what if it wasn't a US scientist that cloned him? :p Maybe it was a country without a president. :p

Like I said in the other thread, I don't think people would vote for Him (who wants to vote for someone who knows all your thoughts and actions?)

Haha. I like being weird. I'm so tired of the way the world thinks. I even get tired of the way I think sometimes when it comes to politics......boring. Lol. Why not mix it up a little bit?

We already have that dna living on the inside of us - the Holy Spirit. Lol

So I would have to say the ideal candidate would be a born again spirit filled

Lol. I just read your profile and figured out you were a girl. All this time I pictured you as a dude. Haha. Probably because you sort of post like one. Not like I pictured big giant man hands slamming on the keyboard but your thoughts. Lol

I like what it says about renewing your mind and how as Christians the hardest thing for us is to learn how to love others. It's easy to love people who agree with you and pat you on the back when you're a good boy....or girl...whatever the case may be. I just wanted this thread maybe so people could step out of their paradigm of thought and think about it from a different perspective. It was a lonely road Jesus walked. Sure people patted him on the back for a time but he knew it was meaningless in the whole scheme of things and it didn't dissuade him from his mission....to show what real rejection looked like and what real love looked like in the face of it.

Oh and thank you for your liking what I had to say about loving others. We all fail at it some more than others. Jesus two greatest commandments are the most important of all.

I watched a movie once where scientists cloned Jesus' DNA and a woman impregnanted herself with the embryo. I think the movie was called "I'm not Jesus Mommy". Anywho, the clone turned out to be the antichrist.

If the found Jesus dna and made a clone to become president i would assume he is the antichrist. There is only one Jesus and even cloning from his dna would never make a second Jesus. But this clone Jesus would convince many he is God and well...we all know what happens from there
