[/h]Wouldn't it be nice if people who made false statements on a thread, would return to that thread and admit they were wrong and made misleading or false statements? Maybe even ask for forgiveness. It will probably never happen. You don't treat the flu with Narcan. Prince was never hospitalized with the flu. He was unconscious when the plane made an emergency landing in Moline and doctors barely saved him from an overdose of opioids. His publicists released a comical statement that Price had the flu, in hopes of fooling the most gullible of people who would be willing to ignore the obvious truth that Prince was a drug addict surrounded by enablers.

I know nothing about Prince. He was way after my time, and I wouldn't recognize his music if he had given me a personal concert.

I heard that he need double hip replacement surgery, but he couldn't have it because the JW cult wouldn't let him, because he would need blood transfusions. My mom stored her own blood when she had her hip replacement, so I wondered why he couldn't do that, too. But apparently once the blood is outside the body, even if it is your own you are contaminated and you will not be there in the New Heaven and New Earth.

So he took a much lower road than getting the source and cause of the problem fixed, and instead became addicted to pain meds. But chronic pain is unbelievable, as someone who has suffered from it for over a year. And you need something to keep you from going insane from the pain.

So that is the point! Some one who is truly in pain, needs pain meds. But if the pain goes, then the medications need to go, too!

So I disagree he was enabled. If he truly was suffering from degenerative arthritis in his hips - hip pain can be more intense than almost anything else - primarily because the joint is so big - so more space to radiate pain then he might really have needed pain meds, at least in the right doses!

But if that story about his hips is not true, well then I would agree he probably was enabled, and it is a sad end for anyone. As for the JW's and not allowing people blood transfusions to save their lives, in the OT, someone who had blood on them was unclean for one day! ONE DAY! What a cult, and so very awful for the people who have bought into their lies.

I love how you post brand new information in a thread that's been dead for a month, and then immediately turn to criticize someone for not coming back to own up to their mistake. Then from there go on to insult the individual for receiving wrong information.

Wouldn't it be nice if people actually gave others time to discover the new information before putting them down for not returning to admit it?
Wouldn't it be nice if people didn't turn a persons mistakenly wrong information as an opportunity to make cheap digs at them?
Wouldn't it be nice if people just posted the new information without demanding others be put in their place?

I personally don't even care for Blue, but regardless of my feelings for her, you're just being a straight out jerk to her over something as insignificant as to why Prince died. As if this is such a major topic it's worthy of putting people down over it. At the end of the day the reasons for his death have no impact on you, Blue or anyone else here. So why not stop with the personal attacks and calls for justice, over mistakes, and just provide information and leave it at that?

Ah, the sheep dog, who feels it his calling to protect others from perceived wronging. Ugly, you need to do a little more research into the forums here. There are more than a few people who post on this forum and the conspiracy forum, who do not simply receive false information, they seek it out and embrace false information that matches the narrative they enjoy most. They are quick to attack our government, our police officers, and others without looking deeply into an event to find out the facts and the truth of what took place. If there is no push back against these people, they will multiply and feel more comfortable continuing to make attacks on undeserving people. I give them opportunity to factually respond and defend their position. They refuse. I ask them, for instance, to provide video proof of police officers abusing compliant citizens and after they say they can post numerous such videos, they disappear without providing a single one. They make uninformed statements about 9/11 being a conspiracy or the JFK assassination being a conspiracy and they have no evidence to offer that supports their silly theories they got from some lunatic on youtube.

My battle is against ignorance, deliberate ignorance. They cannot be allowed to state that the Sandy Hook shootings never happened and the dead children's parents were actors, and it was all staged. Those deaths were real and parents lost their loved ones. This mental illness that allows people to make any event into a conspiracy hurts others. It makes conspiracy believers a type of cult, that is irrational and incapable of reason. They are destroying their personal testimony and drifting far off course. Mostly people here don't know how to react to them, so they joke and laugh at them on posts. But they keep posting more and more bizarre theories. They keep drifting further into psychosis. You make me think that 2000 years ago, you would be defending the money changers and attacking Jesus for putting them in their place.

Like, Love or Hate him there is no denying that he was a revolutionary in the music industry and that he paved the way for the likes of Lenny K. and Darius Rucker to be successful as men of color in Rock and Roll. As a Minnesotan, it's great that a man with such fame and recognition helped our community grow and prosper. What a guy!

Helped our community grow and prosper? What community are you referring to? The homosexual community? The hooked on opioids community? The sexually promiscuous community? I'm certain he encouraged those communities to prosper greatly.

If you are Satan, you don't come as a beast with a pitchfork to steal men's souls. You come as an attractive person, perhaps wearing purple and acting flamboyant and sexy. You tell others your message of sex and drugs through your music. You develop adoring fans who feel comfortable living alternative lifestyles and doing drugs and having multiple sex partners, just like you. And they are embraced by others living similar lifestyles. Soon, young people everywhere want to live like you and copy you, feeling it must be acceptable because you are so popular. Before long, you have led many thousands down a road towards eternal separation from God. Satan gives you thumbs up. What a guy!
