I don't have much details...
WASHINGTON (AP) — A senior adviser to Ted Cruz says he has ended his campaign for president, putting Donald Trump on a glide path to claim the Republican Party's nomination.
The conservative firebrand and Texas senator had tried to cast himself as the only viable alternative to the billionaire businessman, but announced his decision to drop out of the race after losing to Trump in Tuesday's Indiana primary.
The person spoke on condition of anonymity because Cruz has not yet made the announcement public

I've never been a party man. Both Bushes were disasters for our country.....endless wars...."democracy building". It is time to shake things up and put someone in there who doesn't have his nose up the establishments hind end.

I'm horrified of how the Supreme Court is going to go radically left if Sanders or Shrillary becomes president.

I think the terms conservative and liberal have outlived their usefulness. Maybe we need to come up with a new term for bringing America back from the brink that liberalism and conservativism have brought us. Let's call it...American exceptionalism.

Nah, liberals want to be called "progressive" now.

I choose to call them liberal, libamoral(especially ones that cherry-pick the Bible or reject it), or regressive(usually when they call themselves "progressive").

seeing that a major part of Sanders campaign is overturning Citizen's United, and Clinton is the darling of wall street & corporate influence, i doubt that they would potentially appoint the same kind of judges.

as Trump is really just a liberal in conservative clothing, i wouldn't be confident that if he had the chance he would appoint someone any different than Clinton. before he got interested in running himself, he was gung-ho Clinton supporter on every level.

for sure those labels are abused and relatively meaningless.

but remember how hyper-nationalism and singling out some minorities to place blame on worked out in Germany?

You're right, however, if Trump wins and has a chance to appoint someone to SCOTUS in his first term, he will need to make sure his nominee is conservative in order to keep his voters happy.

Well I think Trump will make an effort to make things better and not just say he is going to!
We are dealt with what we are dealt. The majority is rooting for TRUMP. Does that mean that they are all wet behind the ears? So, with what is at hand, are you voting for Clinton then?

People change. Those who oppose Trump have nothing on him but his past. When you find a perfect man for the job let me know.

Cruz was mathematically already out before indiana. His grasping at straws was kind of funny in a sad way. Now we will watch Trump rip killary to shreds. Better hope he succeeds or you can count on a female obama but worse:(

I'm not confident that Trump will appoint Conservative Supreme Court nominees.

Yet, there is slightly better chance of Trump nominating
Conservatives than either Shrillary or Burglary.
