I liked his acting. Guess the new Star Trek movie will be the last one we see him in.

*GASP* He did such an amazing job playin Chekov in the newer Star Trek movies! So sad and at such a young age too. My heart goes out to his poor family. I hope he was saved. :(

Very sad. Hearts in Atlantis was a work of genius. I wish Yelchin had another opportunity to do another Stephen King film adaptation.

I suspect the model Jeep he was driving is one that has a history of jumping out of gear. Some of their nine speed autos have a tricky shifter mechanism and causes user issues. No doubt the insurance companies will investigate this to death.

I did like him in Star Trek.

Yes, there is already a recall on his 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee because its known to sometimes go into gear by itself, but they said there haven't been any fatalities as a result of it until now.
