A WikiLeaks dump of nearly 20,000 Democratic National Committee (DNC) emails, the supposedly neutral governing organization of the Democratic Party, indicates that the committee strategized with the Clinton campaign and plotted against Bernie Sanders.

(Sorry about the title, I couldn't fit it all in so I edited it a bit.)

It's not surprising the most trustworthy candidate of the three (Trump/Clinton/Sanders) gets snubbed from the start. I think everyone knew the DNC was unfair to Sanders on an unprecedented level.

I wonder what the millennials will do about this. Hillary is closer ideologically to Sanders than Trump, although they aren't far apart to suggest the Sanders' supporters wouldn't consider him again.

What do you foresee the ramifications of this, if any, on the election in November?

Yeah, it's rather interesting how we're not seeing RNC emails released. They've been playing favorites with candidates for years.

Which do you think will get more air time -- Mrs. Trump swipes 52 words out of a 1400 word speech from Mrs. Obama... or this?

I'm not sure if this is a popular idea among my fellow brothers and sisters in ChristianChat, but I think this more than warrants a look at the US's two-party system. We can't cram 320 million people's political ideologies into a dichotomy (Republican or Democrat).

One of the reasons the US was so great is that they invented/created something that the rest of the world didn't have but needed. When someone else did it first, they took what the other countries did and expanded on it and made it even better. I genuinely wish the American people look at the diversity in the multitude of political parties within democracies all over the world. Having more options to choose which best fits our personal ideals is a good thing... not a bad thing.

We already have three parties. Democrats, Republicans and Libertarians. The problem lies that Libertarians don't have the backbone to start their own party, so piggyback onto the Republicans. The other problem is Republicans accept it in the delusional thought that it makes Republicans a bigger party than the Democrats. Problem -- Libertarians haven't changed their party's affiliation either, so they were able to vote who they like and put up their candidates for the job.

The stats are out. The Democrats and Republicans are even -- roughly 30-31% of Americans. Libertarians are 39%. We already have a three party system, and, sure enough, the largest party is quietly in control while the rest of us are wondering what went wrong.

It's not an attack; it's a concern; and it's on record.
let the record also show that this thread was civil until you showed up...

By the way Trump has made clear he is not like the war mongers in the establishment crowd in the Democrat and Republican party ..trying to stir up another cold war against the Russians. Nigel Farge made clear the west, EU, including his own government, has been trying to provoke Russia for years to have a excuse for the EU to build a army.

On the contrary, you came and smeared Trump for no reason. Let the record show your uncivil decorum strikes once again. Have a nice day!

You attacked Trump on a DNC thread and claimed you're being attack when Utah brings it to light. So where is the attack?!

i merely noted the convenient timing...pointed out that wikileaks has been utilized by certain foreign powers in the past to influence american politics...and suggested that this specific information may have been deliberately leaked to benefit a particular candidate who is known to be favored by a certain foreign power...

then you came along...had -absolutely nothing- to contribute to the topic of this thread...and instead tried to terminate a discussion that you didn't want taking place by making an -entirely unprovoked- personal attack and trying to drag the thread into the mud where you are much more at home...

The candidates are doing their best to demolish themselves. Not one of them belongs in the White House. I wonder how many votes Gary Johnson are getting now.

Such kind, loving words from the one who cries about being "attacked". I notice you once again attacked the person rather than attempt to refute their correct analysis. Let the record speak!
