Just wondering if there is a difference any more. I am going to find some articles displaying people doing God's work in this world. I hope and pray others will post any current events that give us hope and show how we too can shine a light to others.

Philippians 4:8King James Version (KJV)

8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

God bless and keep you.

Southport Realty donates space for Matthew's Ministries, Friends of Libraries - News - Wilmington Star News - Wilmington, NC

Matthews Ministry Southport, NC | Help Us Change Lives

"Matthew’s Ministry began in August 2010 when a teacher submitted a prayer request to a local Moms In Touch group. The prayer simply stated, “Please pray for a child in my class that does not have food at home to eat”. Kristie Disbrow, a local mom, went back to the teacher and asked if her family could donate food to help this child. She quickly learned that many children in the school did not have food at home. Kristie emailed friends, told them about this need and set a collection bin on her porch. Many donated food to this cause and teachers, social workers and guidance counselors distributed food to hungry children and their families."
