Remember that our hope is in Christ, not man. Even if a person is doing anything right, we're not secure in people. Our security is in Christ, our identity is in Christ.

Psalm 147:10 "He takes no pleasure in the strength of a horse or in human might." Not meaning that we don't do anything, we still obey Christ and follow His leading in every single part of our lives, but do not count on the strength of man but place your hope in Him instead.

I watched the whole election night with a friend and we were both shocked at the turn of events in real time. When all of the sudden the counting of ballets stopped around 3am. We were so annoyed since we had been watching from the start. How could Hillary's people dismiss everyone at her campaign headquarters to go home and come back in the morning for the 'count'. WHAT?


I was heading to bed when all of the sudden on Fox News, they changed and said Donald Trump has won!!
WOW what a GREAT change of events!! After thinking we would have to have Hillary as President., the news that Donald Trump won was OVERWHELMING!! I'm so happy today hours later to be reminded that God is involved in the lives of men and woman. I believe this was a miracle of God.

yea, but romans 13:1 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God.

Yes I agree. This post wasn't to state that we don't submit to authorities. I was just meaning to encourage everyone that the strentgh of man is not where our souls lie, our hope is in Christ. It's just a simple reminder :) God is good all the time.
