Bill and Hillary should be charged, sentenced, and sent to prison for a long time for all the federal crimes and outrageous abuses of power they have committed over the last few decades. That would be my first choice. I hope Donald Trump is able to bring the full force of the law against them.

Chuck Colson, who is now a born-again Christian, a prominent speaker on prison reform and religion in America, went to federal prison -went to jail- because he misused a single government law enforcement file. Yet we now have, we now know that the Clinton administration misused perhaps upwards of a thousand or more FBI files which include and contain very sensitive information on average American citizens.
I think clearly what the Clinton administration is trying to do is an orchestrated systematic effort to thwart justice, to thwart the rule of law, to thwart legitimate investigations by the congress, whether it's impeachment proceedings or regular oversight, they're clearly designed, as they are, with going after Kenneth Starr, the independent counsel and other independent counsels, trying to derail investigations, they're trying to derail prosecutions, it is very well orchestrated and I am sorry to say in some degree it is succeeding.
But these are not isolated incidents that we are seeing with the compilation of enemies' lists, enemies' files, FBI files; it is systematic, it is abusive, I believe it is illegal, and it is very frightening because this is precisely the sort of stuff, except on a much larger scale, that forced president Nixon from office a generation ago.

types of Legislation require 60 votes to be passed into Law, and sent to the President.........called a Super Majority....others only require a Simple Majority............ 51 votes........
The Dems got Obamacare passed by changing the Rules to allow them to pass Obamacare with a Simple Majority, and not the 60 vote Super Majority it should have been voted under. They did this a few times as I recall, could be wrong, but I think they did. And threatened to do it many other times.
The Repubs have 51 votes in the Senate ............. PLUS ........... the VP who can only vote in the event of a Tie.
They could use the Reconciliation Option to undo a lot of stuff that Obama did........and, this Option ALSO can preclude the Dems using the Filibuster to try and stop them.
I just don't know if they have the courage to do this.............see.............once they start down this road, set this Precedent, then, come the time the Dems win back a Majority...........well............good for the goose, good for the gander as they say...........
