I'm pretty sure she was never even asked. She seems to just be trying to get her name in the media. The fashion business must be a little slow right now.

Besides, Trump's daughter is a fashion designer so I'd imagine they have a handle on the fashion thing... if not, then having a few billion dollars should be able to buy a few nice outfits.
