More attacks on Christianity from a community that's only 4 percent of the U.S. population.

"Anti-gay" church. They really want people to believe that Christians just hate those who are "different", and not that Christians are sinners just like the rest of the world, but want everyone to repent and come to Him.

But yeah, this particular community will continue its ways until the Christian community is afraid to say that homosexuality is wrong. Its not that Christians are mean to them, its that they share whats in the bible- the sexually immoral cannot enter the Kingdom of God, and that they must repent.

"If you were of this world, the world would love you as one of its own. But I have called you out from the world". We should absolutely expect to be hated for our faith in Him : p

I am certain that in time this "civil rights" issue will become even worse for those who have faith in the Lord, that the world will use this to divide the Christian community into "good" Christians and "bad" Christians, and that it will be used to make more people afraid to come to Him.

they're not powerful and I'm not going to go down a trail of clickbait links to take on fruitless offenses.

everything outside of God is self-defeating, so don't get pulled out via a flesh and blood struggle.

of course if you have a less clickbaity article then go ahead and link that, but you should be able to just summarize it.

My first memory of the gay community becoming more talked about in media and everything was when Bush was in office and the subject of legalizing gay marriage was potentially on its way to the supreme court (they weren't sure yet if it would or not). That was probably sometime around the mid 2000's..

I remember Bush said that the bible defines marriage as being between a man and a woman. How could I forget since the media kept quoting him on it over and over..

Basically the media just like this article is what makes a 4% of Americans look powerful. It doesn't help when the current President and Hollywood actors push this agenda.

http://http://www.onenewsnow.com/business/2016/07/23/outrage-over-nba-yanking-all-star-game-from-charlotte

A prominent Christian leader is calling out the National Basketball Association for pulling its 2017 All-Star Game out of Charlotte, North Carolina, in protest of the city’s decision to enforce a law protecting women and children against a proposed pro-LGBT ordinance that would have allowed potential male predators into opposite-sex restrooms.

If a 4% population can create this kind of uproar in a multi million dollar NBA. Then we are only lying to ourselves that this a not a powerful attempt to change the idea of a normal American family.

Their backed by the elite. The homosexual agenda has been in place for a while now to destroy the family structure. Regardless of how low their percentage among the population is homosexuality is major in the entertainment industry. As the Lord said evil will be viewed as good and good will be viewed as evil. They have laws in place to protect them & if a person openly rejects their lifestyle they are labeled as a hater. Meanwhile people can ridicule & mock christias and there's no problem.

Decades of this, and similar failures by the church, explain much.

It may seem like I am bashing certain agendas but I am afraid for my children. I am afraid of the secular stuff they will try to teach in school. I am afraid that one day they will be forced to stay quiet about God. Or risk losing their business if they don't want to attend a gay wedding. Or get fired from saying Merry Christmas. Another reason I fought so hard to get Trump elected so maybe our tax dollars will stop funding planned parent-hood and possibly making it harder for a mother to kill her living baby normal or not. Give the little guy a chance!

I fear because of the many false teachers who only teach what people want to hear but never get into the topic of hell, judgment, homosexual, and love to attract people from all over just receive their tithe. Its ashamed that when a Church preaches the truth the homosexual community freaks out and the media love it so much they announce it to the world. In
a sense we need to be doing as John the baptist [h=1]
John 1:23Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
[/h]23 He said, “I am a voice of one crying out in the wilderness: Make straight the way of the Lord—just as Isaiah the prophet said.”

Well ladies and gents the Lord is coming again and I may not be wearing
camels hair, leather belt and eating locust or honey but if the movements like black lives matter, LGBT, trump protesters, Dakota pipeline water protectors can have such big voices then I know Christians can be heard too. One voice like Johns created a movement, then Jesus came in and set it on fire, then his death and resurrection shook the foundation of the world, allowing his remaining disciples to multiply in great numbers. Yes one voice can easily be ignored but if many are not afraid to proclaim the message of truth and salvation then this is how we fight

13 This is why you must take up the full armor of God, so that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having prepared everything, to take your stand. 14 Stand, therefore,

with truth like a belt around your waist,
righteousness like armor on your chest,
15 and your feet sandaled with readiness
for the gospel of peace.
16 In every situation take the shield of faith,
and with
it you will be able to extinguish
all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
17 Take the helmet of salvation,
and the sword of the Spirit,
which is God’s
word.

18 Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.

The full Armor of God must be equipped
every day and each part is essential for survival.
But the other day I made this connection that sWORD has
word in the spelling only proclaiming even more Christians are not to remain silent but use the sWORD of God to spread the one true Gospel of our loving savior.

May the sword of the Spirit be with you.

High school coach under fire for baptizing player

One acclaimed religious liberty attorney contends that an atheist organization is out of bounds for complaining about a Christian coach in Mississippi who baptized one of his players.
The Freedom From Religion Foundation (FFRF) claims that it was unconstitutional for Newton High School football coach Ryan Smith to baptize a player – even though it was after school and
off school grounds.

Who knew they could try and control what you did
off
the job pertaining to religious freedom. Is this a stepping stone to future problems?
