I'm hoping the Wall Street people Trump is bringing aren't really the swamp men he promised to drain. I'd be lying if I said I was a little alarmed or nervous. Time will tell... pray for the best.

Jesus said see to it that your heart be not troubled (John 14:1)... why not do that and trust in the Lord instead of government???

It doesn't matter who is POTUS... there are going to be problems. Always have, always will.

At least this guy opposes abortion and is free market friendly... that alone is worth the price of admission.

It matters not really because the end of the age is upon us... it's all going south shortly when the nuclear war breaks out... so get'cho selfs right before the Lord and see to it that your heart be not troubled.

I was talking about liberals. How is that not obvious.
Cause there's kool aid on both sides of the isle...

ANY elected official is capable of delivering a healthy dose of buyer's remorse.

However, so far, Trump is still about 50 days from even being sworn in.

Jennymae,
If I hired you for a job, I don't think you'd want me to write performance evaluations 2 months before you even start.

: )
You're sort of comparing apples to tunafish. Whatever job you'd hire Jenny to do isn't the same thing as president elect Trump's job.

In actuality, while Trump isn't inaugurated, he IS doing his job as president elect, which is to fill positions in his administration.

Having said that, there are a few concerns I have with some of the people he's wanting to appoint... I'm not a big fan of Wall Street insiders, nor was Trump during his campaign trail speeches, however it appears Trump and Wall Street are making up quite quickly. I'm hoping for the best. I'm hoping God gives Trump the wisdom to do what's in our country's best interest, and not a select few's interest.

We have to have somebody that is experienced and knowledgeable ... or bad things happen.

Not everyone working on wall street is a snake.

Bad things happened when Bush bailed out Wall Street. Bad things happened when Goldman Sachs Group took advantage of an economic meltdown.

You could be right... maybe Steve Mnuchin, a former Goldman Sachs executive is a stand up guy... Could you blame anyone else for being a tiny bit alarmed or nervous though?

Look, lets get serious here.

In your opening post, you used uneducated colloquial language and terrible grammar just to insult Trump supporters, and imply they're all uneducated hicks.

You were incredibly condescending and insulting right out of the gate.
Your FIRST POST ON THIS FORUM was ridiculing and insulting.

So lets not pretend you're here to give reasoned or intellectual responses.
You came here to vent and insult people... which you did.
You did that in your very first post.

Don't expect anyone here to coddle you.

Oh, and don't act like you're a victim if you insult people, and then they dish it back out.

Have a great time!
Welcome to CC.

I was a member here for years, but the bullying on here drove me down and I closed my account on two occasions.

As for you saying I'm using bad grammar, you don't know me, but yet telling me I'm insulting people, but sir, that is the way I talk. I'm trying not to whenever I'm posting on here but unfortunately it shines through sometimes. Reckon I'm one of those uneducated hicks you're talking down in your post.

You were assuming a whole bunch of things whenever reading my post. I am disappointed in the outcome of the general, but that is my right. There's no need erecting a whole bunch straw men whenever you disagree.

If they are a Christians... then yes, they are in error for being in fear and being worried.

Government is not what sustains us and since it's full of imperfect people it's always going to be problem matic... at least with Trump rather than hillery we will not be put on the fest track to one world government.... and we won't be seeing baby killers embolden to kill even more.

Judgement is coming to this nation... it's just a matter of time. Hopefully Trump will act right and that will be put off a while longer... none the less, Judgement is coming to this nation... if for no other reason, we've murder millions of innocent babies.

God ain't happy bout that, not to mention we've done our best to kick God out... Trump needs to realize this and allow God to have some say so over this nation.

Really???

Why not IGNORE bullies and enjoy yourself?

It's really easy... just use your imagination and play like they are not there and don't respond to them.

Matthew 27:46
"About three in the afternoon Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eli, Eli, lema sabachthani?" (which means "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?")."

Granted, there are many spins to the actual meaning of this passage, I think it's fair to say Christ's heart (literally and figuratively) were troubled... he was in agony... When something bad happens and we are in despair, it doesn't mean we aren't true Christians... When Christ was upset and started flipping tables at the temple, it's safe to say he was troubled at what they were doing in His father's house. I'd like to think Christ wasn't in the wrong for being troubled by unrighteousness.

The general is over and done with and I'm truly sad to see that one of the candidates actually won. Well, can't do nothing about that now.

So, gullible Trump voters, is y'all's candidate delivering? Heard a vicious rumor claiming that the man's already is hailing dictators worldwide and is not fixing to get no American jobs back. Buyers remorse next, Trump supporters?

Thanks for bringing Wall Street into the White House, Trump folks, looks like the SCOTUS might could be the only thing he can get straight;p.
Boo hoo hoo. Cry me a river. I gloated for two days then put my big boy pants back on, but I'm going to gloat all the more in response to stupid posts like this ^^^^

God turned His back on Jesus because... being separated from God is the penalty for sin, and Jesus was out Substitute so He had to be forsaken for us... which is what we should have experienced.

Maybe it is easy for you. I wish I was thinking that coolly.
Decide to... exercise the self control the Lord gave you and practice ignoring those that are talkin that smack to ya.

The more you practice, the better you get until one day they could be talkin bout'cho momma and you won't give a fat rat's backside!

It's liberty to ignore those that talk trash about you, so start practicing! I grew up in a home where my step did not only bullied me, but he beat the you-know-what out of me pretty regularly... I would have taken the physical beating if he would just shut up!

Over the years I had to learn to rebel against people that bully, so it can be done... but you have to practice it and be ready to put folks on ignore when they direct their foolishness towards you.

You can do it, cause Jesus gonna help ya!

I understand this... but if you think it's either sinful or unChristlike to be troubled... wasn't Christ at least a tiny bit troubled? Surely we can't call Christ "unChristlike"...

I think there is a difference between being troubled and not having faith in our Heavenly Father and being troubled and doubting God's sovereignty because something bad happened.

More crying, I see. I'm just glad you did not abort yourself like a good little liberal. Sit back, relax and enjoy the next eight years of President Trump. Say it with me, Jennymae, Predident Trump!
