The Supreme Court has ruled against the fetal heartbeat bill that he vetoed twice. While I would like to see a total ban, until we get a pro life court, this law was an exercise in futility.
The 20 week bill that he signed into law passes Supreme Court muster. Praise God that it is now law in Ohio.
