Semper Fi to your SON....I was a Marine in the 80's.......It is not necessarily about a president being Christian or not...It is about the policies that he pushes.....History is replete with nations, kingdoms and powers that flourished under laws that were at least based upon morality and somewhat biblical in scope (rule of law, freedom etc.) (though not bible based)....said nations then embraced lifestyles by law that directly contradict ideologies that would align with the morality found within the bible....the end result....those nations grew base, crumbled from within and fell....ROME and GREECE are two prime examples of Western Gentile Powers that embraced things deemed contrary which led to their demise (as promised by God in his word).....Our nation is not better because of the policies of Obama....yea, it is weaker and teeters on the edge of no return, maybe even already past the ability to recover....the same applies with Trump.....his choices and the direction, yea, destiny of this nation will be set...the die is cast and our lot will come to fruition.........

Look at it this way. God started working in the American people late in his presidency and those people developed a moral, political and spiritual solidarity very rarely seen in this country. We had it so bad and then we started to realize that we could have it better and make a difference as a collective to make things better. The truth came out about some key issues and things started to change.

Sometimes you never know how bad you have it until it gets better and your eyes open. A bad man can be a good man's teacher even if it's unintentional.

Personally, I'm proud of everyone who made sacrifices, got involved. The country was headed down a long, dark path, a downward spiral.

We're more aware of what we're capable of as citizens now by far. I'm hoping to God we don't soon forget.

Without them tempting Adam to fall, there would be no evil.

We now have the flesh tempting us too, but again, without Adam's fall that would not be so. So... In a word, yes absolutely.

we get your point, but the problem that we have is that the 'teaching itself,' it tells us
that we 'can-do-anything-we-want', (most will 'read-into-it and say, that we can DO anything
that we want, 'the devil made me do it'../
but
at our 'end', we ALL MUST 'stand and account for our own behaviour'...

I can't think of a single accomplishment in his presidency. Basically, he squandered a tremendous opportunity to make a positive difference in this country. He apologize to the rest of the world every chance he had about how horrible the US has been.
