Going to get exciting if Israel endeavors to build a third temple. They just need another Arabic country to blow the mosque off the temple mount.

Or they may say the he-- with it and do it themselves......something draws all nations against Jerusalem to battle that God may pour out his wrath.........Israel dozing the mosque and slapping up the "temple" may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.....!

Hopefully link will work....my first FB post to come up today was the Israeli Minister of Housing and Construction Uri Ariel calling for construction of Third Temple to replace al-Aqsa Mosque.

He stated the Mosque is currently in the place of the temple, despite the temple being much holier than the mosque.

**** I believe a Third Temple will built---- this will destroy Replacement Theology---- for they believe Christ was the final temple---- not to strive or be contentious with my Lutheran brothers---- my heart is towards Israel like Paul---I believe the end times involves the Jews and many salvations (144,000 plus)...

For sure I do not believe in replacement theology....the bible is clear....the JEWS have been cut of TEMPORARILY so salvation could come to the Gentiles......

Romans 11:25-27
25 For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And so all Israel will be saved as it is written: “The Deliverer will come out of Zion, And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob; 27 For this is My covenant with them, When I take away their sins.”

I understand that the mosque is in the outer courts of the Temple so that the third Temple can be built without removing the mosque. This may be why the prophesy of the outer courts shall be trodden underfoot by the Gentiles will come about.

Of course, I do not believe this will happen until after the pre trib rapture event and after when the fire comes on the earth.

Is the temple of God described in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 (ESV) the third and last temple, before the return of Jesus Christ / Yeshua ha'Mashiach, from heaven to earth, following the 7 year / 3.5 year reign of the anti-Christ / false Messiah during the great tribulation?

2 Thessalonians 2 (ESV)

3 Let no one deceive you in any way. For that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.

It's amazing how the world around is in the hands of God and how blind people are to this. What is predicted in Revelation comes true before our eyes and no one seems to see it. When I learned this news, I discussed it with my colleagues at work. All of them expressed skepticism, although the Bible writes about this event directly, without allegories.

Be it not that God has blinded their eyes, that the simple and meek may understand, but those of great learning will not.
