[FONT=&quot]Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer was a guest on "MediaBuzz" Sunday to discuss President Donald Trump referencing his opinion on the resignation of Michael Flynn as national security adviser. During his slamming of the mainstream media at Thursday's news conference, Trump said he agreed with what Krauthammer said regarding Flynn speaking to the Russian ambassador prior to the Inauguration. "I thought it was perfectly normal, perfectly reasonable," said Krauthammer, a known critic of Trump. Following years of back-and-forth criticism, Krauthammer said his opinion of Trump has not changed after the president praised him. "It's very simple: I call them like I see them," he said. Leave it to Charles to better express my own feelings than I ever could.

I really don't care about Krauthammer one way or the other... but lets pose a couple amusing questions.

Let's pose a couple of amusing questions for sheer fun... just for fun.... just for giggles.

1. Does anyone know Krauthammer's professional background?

2. Upon learning his background... how exactly does THAT particular background qualify him for communicating POLITICAL OPINION to the masses on a national TV show?

Isn't the prospect of "thinking" about things, for yourself, an amusing and fascinating idea?

Yeah. He would carry more weight if he was a Rock Idol or a Movie Star....... THEN what he said would matter.

Well, actually, his life story is quite amazing........

It' good that you took a look into my question #1.

Now keep in mind:
A. Wikipedia isn't necessarily either comprehensive or completely accurate.
B. There are a lot of things which have been mysteriously scrubbed from ALL of his bios, everywhere on the internet, in the last few years.
C. You still haven't looked into my question #2

Note:
A. Since you seem to be a fan, you probably won't find all of the things that are there, because it's unlikely you'll be critical enough to look that hard.
B. Therefore, when you do a cursory once-over, and find nothing, I'm not going to explain what's on my mind... because fans and admirers don't tend to be open to information contrary to their current paradigm.
C. Therefore, have fun, enjoy poking around... it's good you took the time to look... and I'm exiting the thread.

Isn't the prospect of "thinking" about things, for yourself, an amusing and fascinating idea?
1.) Yes.

2.) His background is irrelevant to his eligibility to give his opinion to the masses. If someone (FOX News) wants him opinion then he is free to give it.

President Trump loved talking to "the masses" about how he thinks Robert Pattinson could do much better than Kristen Stewart. Regardless of Trump being a multiple time divorcee, his terrible relationship credentials do nothing to make him ineligible from tweeting about Robert doing better than Kristen multiple times... If someone doesn't like Trump's tweets, then simply log off his twitter. If someone doesn't like Krauthammer's opinion, change the channel.

Furthermore, I don't see the link between a "professional background" and being eligible to give a "political opinion". Does that mean unless we are an environmental scientist, we can't have an opinion on global warming? Can a non-master plumber give advice on how to remove and reset a toilet seat? Can a non-electrician swap out his wall switches?

Someone could be an ex-con, a plumber or electrician, homeless...etc... and still have an opinion that is logical and thought out. When it comes to politics, a non-politicians may have a better perspective of politics ... Trump used that to his advantage, "I'm a businessman, not a politician."

I said that Trump will never be president either. I couldn't believe that people took him seriously. So I guess you can scratch me from your serious list as well. :)

Many republicans did not want Trump as their presidential candidate and only supported him because their candidate didn't make it.

I would
never have voted for Hillary. And I did vote for Trump.......reluctantly. One reason was so that hopefully Hillary wouldn't win.

But also, after Trump choosing Pence as his vice president among other things I decided to vote for him willingly.

I think he'll make a fine president, but I'm also kind of taking one day at a time. My trust is in God working things out for the good of America through Trump. Only time will tell if this will happen or not.

I don't believe in dissing people for having a different opinion. I may be disappointed in others, but we each have a belief system and we won't always agree. We need to respect that.

We need to join with others who disagree. We want the Dems to put down their placards and bite their tongues and join with the American president and the people to do what's best for America and the world.

We can't expect them to do this if we aren't willing to do the same. Let's allow others to have their own opinions without the negativism. Let's join together to make America great again through prayer and through loving even those we perceive as our enemies.

I just provided the info........if you believe it to be in error, search Charles for his Bio yourself and discover that Wiki was pretty much spot on.

As for being a fan...........no more so than any other Pundit, so that really isn't relevant for me.

As for looking critically.........SERIOUSLY? Like YOU GUYS EVER take that approach with YOUR HERO?

And, while we are on that subject, Krauthammer is as qualified to be a Political Pundit as Trump was to run for President.

Yeah, when presented with ACTUAL FACTS, that you can't find disputations with, exiting the Thread is probably the best approach. Nice to see you have joined the pack of haters here on the News Forum. You guys are about as pathetic as it gets in my opinion. Hypocrites to da bone!

This should be directed at the elephant who calls people pathetic hypocrites who don't agree with his opinion. Too...too funny....as the pathetic sore loser hypocrite elephant would say.
